The hotel is in a great location! It was a very relaxing time and the food was the best I've had in a long time. The staff went above and beyond to service us.

Hotel is perfect for vacation or business. Rooms were insulated quite well. Only noticed that there was a newborn baby crying next door when we headed into the hallway...couldn't hear a thing from inside the room. My husband enjoyed the mini gym & I loved swimming in the pool & using the jacuzzi. Felt like we were staying at a spa. Sunday buffet brunch is worth every penney. Loved the omelette bar.

“Can't wait to go back”

Central to beach, malls, & downtown L.A. 1st, we were disappointed because we had requested a quiet rm & they put us right over the trash compactor & pool pumps! Very loud w/ windows open & hard to enjoy the balcony. We complained to mgmt & they were willing to help, but they had nothing comparable to move us to that night. Although they offered to move us the next day, we stayed since we already unpacked. Mgmt gave us meal coupons to make up for it. The coupons abled us to eat breakfast in their beautiful dining patio for the rest of our stay! The food & service were outstanding! The wait staff was helpful to give us directions & restuarant advice, like concierge service. Hotel is a little noisy, due to location (off 101 & near stores/restuarants). For the small amount of time we'd spend in the rm, the rest of the place more than made up for the that. Nice job of masking the freeway w/ lush trees & a water fall. Grounds are gorgeous w/ fragrant flowers & bushes. Pool & patio area are worth the stay, alone. We were served drinks and relaxed by pool, awesome! We stayed for 5 nights & felt like family w/ staff, by check out! Can't wait to go back!

“Highly impressed”

Terrific experience, the room was elegant and very clean. The staff was friendly and sent us complimentary changpagne and strawberries to enhance our aniversary celebration. The only inconvenience was that of limitted self-parking due to conferences/events held at the hotel.

“Fantastic Hotel”

We only stayed there for a week but everything was perfect, it is honestly the best hotel to stay at if you are traveling between Malibu and LA, since it is sorta in the middle :)
