safe place to stay-Posted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: newly updated, everything looks great!
I like staying here because I feel safe and the staff is always nice. Being a female that travels alone, I like to stay at places that I can take a walk and feel safe. This is the place!

Great little nitghborhoodPosted May 6, 2014
Comfortable stay. However the po in the evening hours looked like the apocalypse happened there. Dirty towels and food trash all over. Not very welcoming to someone arriving late and wanting to relax in the hot tub.

Tranquil oasisPosted Apr 29, 2014
Pros: Staff were excellent, as was the food, and the "Happy Hour" promotions featured food as well as alcohol. A really lovely hotel in every regard.
Location: The hotel, located north of Los Angeles and inland from Malibu, is an ideal base from which to explore the mountains and coast of Southern California.
An absolutely lovely hotel with charm and character. The staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming and the tree-lined garden an oasis of calm. The main reception area features a number of water fountains, warm, richly coloured carpets and furnishings, and is pleasantly cool even when the outside temperatures are wilting!

Good VisitPosted Apr 20, 2014
We planned a last minute getaway and it turned out to be a really awesome trip. Nice hotel and everyone you encounter is friendly and seem happy to be there. Opt for the free breakfast.

Tween getawayPosted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Staff was wonderful.
Cons: finish the pool area
Location: Westlake Village Inn pool was nice accommodation. Proximity to Malibu was an adventure. Restaurant choices were abundant.
Our tween celebrated her 13th birthday at the Hyatt. We had a wonderful time and appreciate the special attention we received from the staff. Luther was a BFFL (tween talk). Wonderful stay and can't wait to go back to use the pool after it is renovated.

NIce Visit.Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: It was clean and very quiet. Hotel staff was very professional.
Cons: provide silverware in the rooms.
Location: It was a great location next to the freeway and nearby shoppng as well
The room was clean and pleasant. We had 2 groups staying and they accomodating by keeping us on the same floor. No issues, the rooms were clean and the hotel itself is well taken care of. The staff is pleasant and eager to help. I witnessed an elderly lady fall in the parking lot and the 2 parking attendants ran oer to her to help her. Very pleased to see.
