The customer service at this resort is excellent. Even housekeeping staff has a smile and a greeting. Without exception staff were extraordinary and went the extra mile.

Terrible - had to call 3 times in the 2 - 3:30 am hrs to have the staff address very loud noises in the adjoining room -- would never stay here again

Nice hotel for price paid.

Pros: Room size.
Cons: Room service, the cleaning ladies.
Location: Nice location, close to Sawgrass Mall.
Nice room, but the room service was disappointing. We did not have enough toilet paper and we asked the made for ice and she never brought it.

Nice hotel, just a little shabby. Not 4*

We were going to see a concert at the BB&T Centre and this was the closest hotel we could get, so it was about six miles away. No biggie. The hotel looks like a converted condo or efficiency building not a hotel. And is a little raggedy round the edges. The staff were excellent though. Ray and Jorge at the pool attended to our needs diligently as did the maintenance guy when I managed to lock my valuables in the safe and was unable to open it again. Pool area is nice, didn't use the spa. Rooms nice and clean and comfortable. All in all 4/5 so not too bad.

This beautiful resort was too far from Ft. Lauderdale as recommended by Expedia. Wonderful waterfall pool.

Pros: The site is beautiful. Room was clean and spacious.
Overall, it was clean and maintained, but age is showing. We ate at the restaurant---big mistake; service was terrible, interminably slow, and food was only fair when it finally arrived. Location is terrific, and environs are very attractive. Hotel has 4-star rating; I would assign no higher than three.

No gps-----made it a hard place to find

Pros: It was quiet, clean and well maintained for the age of the facility.
Cons: Cost to make outgoing phone calls was exorbitant.............shouldn't be any reason local calls should be so expensive.
Location: Definitely need a vehicle if leaving the facility
Not familiar with driving in Florida, we had a difficult time getting off the freeway. We had the location pinpointed, however kept ending up going back on the freeway in the opposite direction........3 tries later we finally got it right.

Hello Phyll, It is unfortunate the GPS gave you such a hard time! I've encountered the same thing during my own travels & know how frustrating it can be to start off a trip on such a sour note. However, now that you know where we are I truly hope you will visit us again in the near future.
