Nice hotel in clean and quiet area

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: I liked that the staff was very nice and helpful. My husband and I loved the Irelands steakhouse restaurant the most. Service was superb.
Cons: They can possibly offer breakfast complimentary because buying all the food is costly.
Location: The hotel provides a shuttle to the Sawgrass Mill Mall.
My husband and I was looking for a quiet get away and I must say we loved it. Upon arrival the staff was extremely welcoming and nice. Williams and Joe were very helpful with transportation. The Irelands Steakhouse was worth every penny as the food was excellent.

Nice hotel with free parking and free WIFI. We enjoyed our weekly stay, the rooms could use better cleaning.

Could have been better

Posted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: not much
Cons: almost every thing
Location: location was good but there are other places to stay near by.
Way way over priced for what we got. Very disappointed with the way we were delt with and return for what was paid. I would not recommend anyone go there certainly not at the price we paid for it. We asked for a balcony room or walk out. They gave us a ground floor room with plants covering the out side of the windows. There was now micro wave or refrigerator in the room. What they brought us looked like the had been dug out of the garbage. Poor. At best this was a $60-70 night room and we prepaid $180/night. We would never go back to this place.

Quiet, Relaxing Resort

Posted Jun 3, 2015
Great pool area, great fitness center. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. You must request an updated room. Our first room was older and the beds were uncomfortable, fan was broken, AC was loud. They moved us without issue and new room was great.

Decent location for various activities and travel

Posted May 31, 2015
Pros: Location, spa, and pool
Cons: Room rug was spotty, had to request towels/cloths and common areas needs better upkeep
Location: Golf, shopping and drive to Fort Lauderdale/ Miami
Hotel requires upgrade. Construction on grounds where golf course was. Lake unattractive. It used to be nice to sit on a bench by the lake.

Horrible

Posted May 26, 2015
The pictures are very misleading. when they gave us the room key to our room they made a mistake and gave us the key to someone else's room, with all there belongings everywhere. They say they have 3 pools. Two of the pools are very very small and very very dirty. The main pool was decent. The staff has no idea what they are talking about. Only good thing that happend on this trip was the Ireland steak house.the hotel isn't near much. The breakfast is awful. Over all I was very disappointed with this hotel.

Outside grounds/pool

Posted May 20, 2015
Pros: The food was above average
Cons: Grounds, building need attention
Outside grounds are not kept up and the building needs, at the very least a cleaning if not painting. The pool area is ok but they blast music throughout their speaker rocks. We asked if they would turn it down but they stated management sets the volume. Other guests started placing towels over the speaker rocks and we did the same. The following 3 days of pool we went to another property where friends were staying and it was quite. They lost a lot of pool business (food/drinks) by chasing guest away, not sure what they are thinking….

Great secluded hotel

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: I liked that it felt like I was in the Caribbean minus the beach. Palm trees, waterfall and music...so relaxing.
Cons: The coffee. No way to walk around without getting soaked if its raining (just bring an umbrella or stay by the tiki bar!)
Location: Not far from the airport, plenty of shopping nearby.
I went away for relaxation. This hotel is nice and secluded but not too far away from shopping if that's what you want to do. It's about 15-20 minutes from the airport and the cab fare is inexpensive. The rooms were clean and the food was great. I didn't like the coffee but that's a personal preference. The staff was so friendly, always wanting to help! I went to the spa and while it was expensive, it was well worth it. Yarlin was fantastic! I felt so relaxed after. I didn't have any problems at all!

Staff really made it feel special

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Customer service is a priority to me and this hotel had it!
Location: I visited the Sawgrass Mills outlet mall while in town. It was a huge mall with so many stores!
My stay started at the front desk, where Camilla was super friendly and welcoming. My room was very nice and very clean. I was at the hotel for two full days, and the rest of the staff was very kind and pleasant as well. The food was phenomenal, and the grounds were beautiful.
