As usual, the room was clean and comfortable. This is a good place to stay if on I79 in W. Va.

It was nice and accessible, right off the highway on the way to Snowshoe. For a quick one night it definitely served the purpose. It was clean and breakfast was better than expected.

“Convenient and friendly hotel”

The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that when I made the reservation through Expedia, I was placed in a Smoking room. Unfortunately, there we not any additional rooms available in the hotel. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our waffles for breakfast. I would stay here again, but I would clarify before making a reservation that I am getting a non-smoking room.

“Nice motel”

Nice motel & I would stay there again. The only problem was the guests in a room close to ours were extremely noisy. This is not the motels fault, just simply people who are extremely inconsiderate or down right stupid.

“Disappointed with room for rate.”

For the 120.00 we were charged I was disappointed. The toilet seat was for an elongated toilet bowl not a round. It looked like a diving board. My husband was shaving and had put water in the sink. When he tried to drain it he had to crawl under the sink as the drain was not connected. It had to be opened manually. When the guest upstairs flushed their toilet it drained water out of ours, and then it began gurgling. The towels in the bathroom were quite rough. The room was clean, the people Ho work there were very nice but they need to do some updating if they want to charge the rates that they do. I will search for a LaQuinta any day. Learned my lesson with Comfort Inn.
