Thank you for taking the time to rate our Hotel!!!! Since we are a smaller property, we do not offer room service, but do have th option of taking items to go from our Bistro restuarant. Also, breakfast is not included, however, generally on the weekends and holidays there are rate packages available that include breakfast. Next time you book with Courtyard, check out those options, they may be better suited for you.

Does not meet minimum requirements

Any hotel guest needs first of all to see two very basic things - good bed and good shower. Then we observe everything else. This hotel has good bed , but virtually no shower. The quantity of water reminds me of the very old Paris hotels where you shower using a tea cup. Any Marriott executive would be ashamed if trying the shower at this Courtyard : water flow can be measured in drops per second, and it was just impossible to shower. With that, if not meeting minimum requirements, why bother evaluating the rest.... Note -- please Mr Ombudsman dont try the very poor speech of "saving the planet". Anyone with mininum knowledge knows that saving the planet requires INVESTMENT like sustainable, LEED certified buildings (which is not the case with this Courtyard), and not cheap measures like cuttting the shower or not washing the towels.

Of course, our consevation efforts are not to hide or excuse any standards in cleanliness or quality. We provide large surface showerheads so it seems that your shower was not working properly. The hotel is almost always on target. My recent stay was fine but the room was less comfortable than I am acustomed. It had a mildewy scent and the airconditioner seemed to accentuate it. Realizing its Florida and humidities can be high you set your expectations but I just wasn't as comfortable as usual.

Nice Hotel poor customer service

My husband was a patient at Cleveland Clinic. We called before 12 noon the day of Check-out to update the front desk that there was a possibility of us having to stay for one more night. However, my husband was discharged and we didn't need the room. We arrived at the hotel around 5PM and was told even though we no longer needed the room we would have to pay for 1 night. After explaining that we had communicated to a front desk clerk that our luggage was in the room and that we had an emergency procedure performed on my husband that prevented us from retrieving our luggage we were still charged and paid 1/2 price 65.00 for the room that we did not use. Being an owner of Marriott Timeshare this was a bad experience as we always patronize the Marriott Brand worldwide.

As we are one mile from the Cleveland Clinic Hospital, we do our very best to assist patients and their families with the changing needs that sometimes come along with their appointments. Offering the late departure at half price was the best offer we could make as we were sold out that evening.

Very relaxing atmosphere

We were in town for a surgical procedure, and the hotel staff made our stay very relaxing. They were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was very clean and quiet.
