We were unable to find the motel. We used the GPS in our car and also the GPS on my phone and still couldn’t find it. We ended up getting lost late at and had one of the scariest experiences in our lives. We finally found our way back to the highway and had to get another hotel. This was after midnight. Very very bad experience

The front desk staff was extremely friendly. When it comes to the actual facility not very friendly. Room smelled of smoke, floors were dirty and could used scrub, towels that should have been white looked gray. The in room fridge and microwave were bother dirty. There wasn’t even a 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the room.

The room was filthy. Corners were full of dirt, hair, and debris. Bathroom was wiped, but obviously not cleaned...the corners and behind the door was filthy, the tub floor was black like someone showered in their work boots. Towels and wash cloths had been washed, but were stained and grungy looking...as if they had been used to clean something up. Shampoo and stuff in shower had been used. The conditions of this hotel are certainly not worth the price of the nightly rate. I do not recommend this place, but its not like there much choice in that area, so I highly doubt they will improve it any time soon.

Shelter from the storm
Last minute stop to avoid first winter storm. Very helpful front desk and easy check-in. Very clean and heated...much appreciated. Nice big rooms and cozy beds. Breakfast was average but coffee was hot.

Great Place
Check in and check out where fast and all staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was the ice machine was broke but the gentleman who checked us in brought us ice which was great so ended up not being any issue. It's right off the highway and has food, gas and Wal-Mart right across the street.

I am disappointed in my stays with Choice hotels. This property was pleasant but our room was dark, dirty and dated. The towels were gray, not white. Needed a thorough dusting.

Billing Scam
I suspect they are running a billing scam. I paid for the stay through Hotels.com. At the desk they asked for my credit card and was told that a $50 temp charge would be added due to it being a non-smoking room and would be removed if it was confirmed that no smoking had occurred. I checked my account a day later and found that a pending credit had been issued. After later getting this request to rate the Quality Inn, I checked my account again and the $50 credit was removed. My wife has never smoked and I quit 46 years ago. Watch out for this scam.

Cleanliness was a major issue for me. This was my second stay at this hotel, different room. First time was a bit better (cleaner). This time, there were a dozen or more long dead bugs in and around the AC/heat unit (it was freezing temps outside so I needed to use the heat). Stink bugs, etc. on the floor. Nasty looking stains on carpet, towel bar in bathroom fell off immediately when grabbing a towel off of it, toilet was not clean, bathroom floor not clean either… the only clean thing was the bed/linens. I’m not super picky about hotels, especially a 2 star hotel, but for $75 that night I would at least expect the dead bugs and gravel to be vacuumed off the carpet & heating unit (bugs directly in the fan area where air blows out)! Disgusting, filthy, disgraceful - I would not pay $25 for that room again! If I ever return, I will complain/ask for a clean room if it happens again!

I've stayed here several times and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. When I need someplace to stay and I just need some rest, this is a good deal. This isn't a resort, but it will be a good place to stay.

Very aged hotel room. Bathroom tub dirty, mold on bathroom ceiling, towels were extremely old and used. Smell of Pinesol when you entered room was over whelming. Staff was very nice

The bedding seemed clean so that was nice! However the shower and bathroom floor and walls were covered with brownish red splatters. I don’t even want to think about what it was but it was a lot! The wash cloths and towels didn’t seem really clean they were dingy and thin…just seemed like they had been been used past their expiration. The room smelled very strongly like an ash tray. Very strongly! We stayed here in a pinch and would do it again if we had to but otherwise probably won’t stay there again.
