Great place for an extended stay, near Sawgrass Mills Mall and Cleveland Clinic. Besides the excellent location, staff was very helpful, nice (if not great) hot breakfast is included, and rooms are spacious and very well equipped. My review is not better for just one reason: cleanliness. The room had a very strange and strong smell. We reported it, and (at our suggestion) an ozone machine was used. However, while it subsided a bit, it was there for our whole stay. Housekeeping was erratic: while the hotel policy states that it is done every other day, maybe two or three days passed without it being done, until we specifically wrote the front desk to request it. Overall, not a bad experience, specially considering the price, and the fact that it has a very usable kitchen.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the a/c was so loud when turning on and off - didn't sleep at all. Very old. Needs to be completely remodeled. Staff checking in very nice - this morning when checking out didn't ask how stay was. Oh and pillows were flat. For almost $200.00 for 1 night extremely disappointed.

I showed up and no one was at the front desk to check in. Some guy finally walked out of the back closet and acted like i just woke him up from a nap. I was asking questions and he just was mumbling and acting annoyed. My room smelled absolutely horrible and was not in good condition. It smelled like an old stinky house and my bed was not comfortable. Would not stay there ever again

Check in was seamless... The layout of the two bedroom is perfect small family that needs a place for a few days. Came stacked with utensils, large refrigerator, toaster microwave dishwasher.... everything you need to cater for the most demanding family. Large flat screen in. Each room and in the sitting room... When we entered however, the room even though it looked clean, the room was smelly....possibly a pet may have urinated on the carpet and it was cleared and didn't get to dry properly... So the entire room smelled of urine . The shower drain was plugged up and no plunger in site to attempt to clear. It's a challenge to get housekeeping to get fresh wash cloth...had to do multiple trips to the front desk. Even though checkout is 12noon ...the keys Stopped working from 11:50am...and you need the keys to get through the entrance to the block....spoke to the rep at the front desk...they say there's no specific time ..when the key stops working...it may be a little after twelve or before twelve.... All in all ....property has great potential..but quality control is lacking.

I was there for 12day and not once my room was clean even though I told them and my sheets was changed once all that money I spent it not acceptable and I would not recommend them . Ps house keeping needs to get it together

Close by Cleveland Clinic. Full kitchen. Grocery across the street, plenty of places to eat close by as well. Morning breakfast well stocked, fresh and hot food as well as refrigerated yougarts milk orange juice etc. I have no complaints, it's a 2 star hotel that is good. I would come back here!

The Hotel has been renovated and is modern, clean and comfortable as well as in a great location next door to the Weston town center. The staff are superb and welcoming, ready to assist in any way. My only wish would be for a few more pieces of equipment in the gym.

Superb service
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the hotel to cater for the needs of my disability. Room was clean and comfortable Bathroom was fitted with aids I required. Hotel was handy for town centre. All round first class service We arrived very early for checking in and were allowed access to room immediately. On check out we were allowed to keep room 4 hours after official check out Superb service

Upon arriving we headed to the front desk to encounter a group of about 290 people having a pizza party, been loud and obnoxious. The check-in process was quick, and we headed to our room. Once inside the room the smell of damp in the air was strong, I took my shoes off to find out the carpet was completely wet. They have shampooed the carpet but did not let it dry. Went back to the lobby to complained about the co ditiones of the room to find out that they had nothing else available. We left to another hotel.

We were so pleased with our accommodations. We were here to see a patient at Cleveland Clinic. We were only 3 min. away! The suite was very comfortable, and we were able to bring our dog.

Very satisfied guest!
The property is clean, conveniently located and quiet. There isnan eco-friendliness evident in thenday to day operation of the hotel. The amenities of a kitchen, laundry facilities amd gym gave excellent value for money spent. I will certainly return.

Nice experience from the very start. The concierge on duty, Patrick B., helped solve an issue I created when messing up my booked time. He swiftly found me quite a nice and comfortable room to stay in. Just across the street from Weston Town Center, with a nice Publix and good restaurants around. Excellent value for money!
