The hotel is fantastic, the overall experence was brilliant. Only a few minor points as we rang for additional slippers and gowns for the Spa which took a long while to arrive. Also the safe wasnt working but apparently there was noone available to find out the problem.

Not bad for a Spa BreakPosted Aug 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Lunch at the Bar was a little hap-hazard - it took about 40 minutes to get a sandwich and we were the only two people in there! However, the Spa was great, the Bar Staff in the evening were very attentive, and the Food in the restaurant was great! Not sure I would return only because there is not much to walk and see in the immediate area (unless you want to visit Mercedes World!).

The hotel is beautifully appointed with boutique style rooms and a fabulous restaurant . . . our chateaubriand was amazing and the wine superb.

New and sterile business hotelPosted Jun 19, 2013
Pros: Comfortable bed and new clean rooms.
Cons: Too sterile and out of the way.
Location: Very remote.
This is a very sterile business hotel and out of the way from most attractions. Although it is new and very comfortable there is no pool and the breakfast is not included and only available until 10:00 so more suited to a business travelled rather than leisure.

Snazzy hotelPosted May 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
I wanted to meet up with family but struggled to find a hotel in West London so booked the Brooklands Hotel in desperation. It is a very smart hotel with very comfortable rooms. It does slightly have the feel of staying on an industrial estate but, if you're interested in cars, then the adjacent Mercedes-Benz World and Brooklands Museum will appeal. Food in restaurant was slightly pricey.

Good business hotelPosted May 1, 2013
The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the upgrade I received. The only thing that let it down was the quality of the breakfast and the lower than expected staff standard in the restaurant.

Great 21st Century hotel!Posted Apr 27, 2013
This was a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean & gives the impression of being very well-run. It also has true wireless wifi: your smartphone & tablet work as well as your computer. I couldn't fault the experience in any way. I wish I'd found out about it sooner & I will definitely be back!
