Staff was good... the rooms.. not so much. Kitchenette in the room but no coffee maker. Had to ask for washcloths. Pool closed. Probably won't sray here again.

Great Hotel for the Price
This is dn easy access hotel with plenty of food & retail close. The hotel is no frills, older, & dated... But it's beds (or rm 214)are comfortable, full water pressure for a decent shower 🚿. It's quiet and convenient.

If you are allergic or just don’t like cats this place is not for you. Personally, I adore cats. And they deter mice. They didn’t have a breakfast in the morning, though even though they kind of had a set up and the coffee was lukewarm. I would stay there again if I happen to put it again, but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

Comfortable bed, but needs updating
Several cats outside front door with feeding dish. Another cat in lobby jumping up in front counter. Was greeted at counter by man wearing stained white t-shirt. Staff was pleasant. Had some ants in bathroom eating something on floor when we first arrived. Tub faucet heavy dripping, could not shut off. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast consisted of cheerios, cornflakes, oatmeal and a loaf of bread. No fruit, bagels, etc. Fire alarm went off twice just before we checked out. Firemen came out twice.

While the room was tolerable, there were at least 8-10 stinking cats loitering around the front door, inside the lobby and even in the clerks area. The hallways smelled like cat urine on the first floor and a strong smell of marijuana permeated the second floor. They advertised a bar an a pool, the bar has been closed for at least five years and the pool is also closed. Would NOT recommend this place and I definitely will not stay there again.

The room was horrible. Bed very uncomfortable and sheets were not clean. Tv remote did not change channels only catoons. No breakfast. We wanted a refund for second day but associate said manager wouldn't be back till monday this was Saturday morning. horrible,

It list pool but under construction they dont tell you that beforehand and its supposed to be a smoking room but after you pay they make you sighn a paper that they'll charge you 150.00 if fire alarm goes off and tell you that if more than one person in room you must rotate 1 cig every 45 minutes they offer you a up grade room which is a king size bed but for 178.00 for 2 nights its truly over-priced and they show a coffee maker in room notta ! Had to buy one also they advertise a breakfast its completely empty there were other things but those were the biggest complaints

Don’t bother
They have multiple vehicles with flat tires in the lot. They also do not have continental breakfast or a working lounge. The experience was extremely unprofessional. They also charged my bank twice.

It was terrible the place was disgusting there were cats in side hotels running around smelled like cat pee place was dirty our room the bathroom was flooded due to Ceiling leaking dont even know how they could serve breakfast with cats running around the hallways we demanded our money back witch was supposed to be put on our card but hasn't showed up yet and had to go stay somewhere else i wouldn't let my dog stay there it was really bad

Front desk said there was a "100-300" hold put on online card purchases for "potential damage" but if I wanted to pay an extra $15 for an "upgrade" they'd waive it. I will never stay here again.

I booked at 11pm on the 19th of August and arrived at 2:30am on the 20th of August. When I got there I was told they couldn’t find my prepaid online booking and I was charged another $80 for one night (booked for 4 nights, 4 people). When we got into the room we found a dead roach in the fridge and we killed a live roach on the outside of the fridge. At 10:30am I spoke to a man at the front desk who was able to locate my online booking and he claimed I would be getting a refund of my $80 (never happened) I also informed him about the roaches and asked for my room to be cleaned again. He said housekeeping came in at 11am. This is when I left for work. While at work my 17 yr old daughter called and said a different worker informed her that I was only allowed 2 people and not 4 and would have to pay a additional $10 per person per day. I called the hotel and informed the man I would not be paying that because my booking was for 4 people. I also informed him of the roaches because more dead and live roaches were found by my children (we have pictures and live video of these roaches) he then began cussing me out informed me I wasn’t the fing boss and the manager didn’t wait for my god danged butt (he actually used cuss words for this) I told him several times to stop cussing at me that I wasn’t cussing him and yet he continued to cuss me and demand additional funds. He then hung up on me. He lied to Expedia said I was there 2 days and no bugs refused my refund!

One night, convenient
Check in was smooth this time. 4th stay, finally no hard time for booking on line. Thank you! Still a $$ hold because I booked online, but no hassle about not wanting to upgrade upon arrival. Again thank you! It hC been a very long day already. Easy check in and straight up to the room. It's a great $40 room, single queen bed. No it's not fancy or updated. No the vending machines are not stocked. This time the ice wasn't working either. But it's easy access to the highway, convenient for area food etc. One night stay , quiet hotel. The bed is fine, the pillows thin. This is not a resort or vacation hotel. This was the first shower I've taken there, decent water flow, clean but no wash cloths. This is an easy access, quiet, one night on the road hotel.

Pay the extra $10 stay somewhere else.
Check in guy, was pushing for an upsell, he wasn't happy that I'd booked on line and complained about it through the whole check in experience. The room was adequate. Easy access to the highway. This is a one night stay location, not a destination hotel. But $39 a room it served it's 1 night on the way purpose. Vending machines were empty, but plenty of restraunts and a grocery store were very close.

Got out of vehicle windows to hotel were open… smell of marijuana. Went inside was told reservation was cancelled due to hotel having no water.. this is in middle of snow/ice storm. Very rude employee

Ok, but there are much better options/deals.
Property just was unkempt and sloppy. The front desk personnel were using a room adjacent to ours throughout the night. They were noisy and inconsiderate overall. Breakfast was nothing but some stale donuts.

I didnt like fact that outside of there hotel they have a sign that clearly states new pool an spa. They dont have either. The manager or whatever hes called wanted me to pay 20 more bucks cash for the a room on the 1st floor and i told him no thanks. Then wanted a credit card only with atleast 300$ on it an i only had a green dot card which i understand some dont allow it like the best western across the street from knights inn the site wont allow you to book a room there with the reloadedable card because they didnt take them. So why wouldn't the manager take it at the knights inn upon check in? Ive stayed at this hotel before an paid cash always tries to scam you. I didnt want to book this one but the price was right at the time. we didnt even try after he refused us for not having a credit card we told him keep the money as a donation but the point is i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and if you do go upon arrival youll understand. Thanks have a good day...

The front desk host was very rude, assumed that we smoked because of our age and then got another $30 out of us. The sheets on the bed were stained and smelled. The curtains were ripped off of the rod. We almost got attacked by a dog. Just.l a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

It was just not good honestly ... When we entered for check in without even asking the name the guy said the room you got is non smoking oh you smoke and only one queen bed.. I proceeded to pull up my hotels.com app and show him and he says oh ok and said but you want smoking I said no I do not smoke inside. Just irritated me honestly if it doesn't really matter of I smoke or not if I do ok cool doesn't mean I will I'm your room! Felt like a criminal being interrogated ...
