Had a good stay at this hotel. Its accepts dogs for only $15 per pet, per night, which is reasonable. The staff was friendly and competent. The room was nice, and clean. It is definitely set up more for cooking your own meals rather than the typical hotel experience, which would be a good thing for longer stays.
My only complaint was that my room only had one end table next to the bed. Also, the side with the end table was the only side with a lamp and outlet. So, while my wife had somewhere to put her stuff and charge her phone at night...I did not. However, that was just a minor issue, that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.
One piece of advice... Do Not eat at the Chinese restaurant next door (China City). It may be close by, but their food is terrible and overpriced!
