Unique decor includes antiques, stained glass, Tiffany lamps, and an authentic trolley car forming a dining room within a dining room. Ric's Grill - Independently owned and operated. Located in the main lobby. All meals served. Crystal Lounge - Independently owned and operated. Intimate lounge perfect for après-ski drinks or watching the game. Open from mid-afternoon until late evening. Citta's - Independently owned and operated. Pronounced “chee-taz,” this casual lounge serves light meals from noon until closing. Popular patio and après-ski scene. Ric's Mix - Independently owned and operated. Located on the main floor. Appetizers, cocktails. Open from mid-afternoon until late evening. Starbucks - Assorted coffee drinks, teas, other beverages, and pastries.

Guests can enjoy the use of fitness equipment and an outdoor heated pool and spa tub. Crystal Lodge & Suites is affiliated with two of British Columbia's most prestigious golf courses: Furry Creek on the Sea-to-Sky Highway, and Nicklaus North, which is located two miles north of the hotel.
