The Hotel wing houses comfortable traditional hotel rooms, while deluxe rooms and suites are located in the Lodge wing. Hardwood furnishings and cheery colors complement rustic ski-lodge ambience. All accommodations provide cable TV and pay movies, iPod docking stations, pillow top mattresses and blackout curtains. Traditional rooms have compact refrigerators and coffee/tea making facilities, while deluxe rooms also have microwaves and wet bars. All guestrooms offer complimentary wireless Internet access.

Popular patio and après-ski scene. Ric's Mix - Independently owned and operated. Located on the main floor. Appetizers, cocktails. Open from mid-afternoon until late evening. Starbucks - Assorted coffee drinks, teas, other beverages, and pastries.
Recreation
Guests can enjoy the use of fitness equipment and an outdoor heated pool and spa tub. Crystal Lodge & Suites is affiliated with two of British Columbia's most prestigious golf courses: Furry Creek on the Sea-to-Sky Highway, and Nicklaus North, which is located two miles north of the hotel.
