Good location but terrible sanitary of the room

Posted Apr 30, 2015
The bathtub was disgusting. It was so dirty that we could see the germs. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty and I had to wash them as I needed them. Also, our room was pointing towards the street and it was loud as drunk people would scream and shout in the middle of the night. On the other hand, the hot tub and the swimming pool were nice and relaxing. The location was perfect and only a few minutes to the village.

Good value

Cons: Ski lockers located in the basement but the elevator was down for two days.
The loft suite was good size and close to lifts and Village Center. Will stay there again.

Convenient location.

Location was convenient. But...Room needed to be better cleaned; floor in kitchen was sticky and some places very dusty. Also, toilet downstairs was not flushed when we arrived!

Hotel needs upgrading...

Posted Mar 3, 2015
They need to up grade their parking system or at least they need to have more than one card just in case a guest takes the stall number home with them. It took three hours for us to get a stall. The desk clerk was very nice but, I was stressed out and just felt we were having our time waisted. The room itself was old and we thought we were getting a queen bed it was a pull out bed. The bathroom was dirty and the shower needed recalling. We had to go to three different places just to check in. Once we finally checked in it took another half hour to get our things in the room because the elevator was so terrible. For 336.00 plus tax I will not be back. It was not worth it.

Cozy hotel centrally located close to everything.

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Cons: The elevator. It is too slow because there is only one.
The hotel is in a quiet part of the village, close to many attractions. The rooms are clean and adequately provided with all the necessities including a cozy fireplace.

Dirty and No desk Clerk

Posted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: Clean it better!
Location: Starbucks right around the corner and boom, your in the Village.
Hair and dirt in the tub. The floor in most of the room was filthy. I didn't want to walk on it without shoes. You could see the hair and dirt in the grout of the tiles and around the toilet and tub. Gross. The desk clerk between two different hotels was ridiculous, and they didn't know what they were doing. I asked a question about getting a lock for the mandatory snowboard storage - and they insisted there was no one in my room... well I was, unfortunately! The location was good, a culdesac right beside the village - but then again, the bar across the street kept us up. So I've stayed in 2 better Whistler hotels than this, you could probably find better. It allowed our pet for free, which was good. but the parking was $25 each night. Oh and for some stupid reason we had a Murphy bed, it wasn't comfortable. And the kitchen had cookie crumbs on the counter, so again, it wasn't clean.

Nice hotel and great location

Only issue was there was no plug for the bath and the shower kept changing temperatures dramatically. Whilst showering it would go from warm to boiling hot and I couldn't stand under the water.
