Three years in a row-at least one of two elevators has been out of service. Paying almost $1000 a night for a 5th floor walk up is not appropriated.

This is our go to hotel for Whistler. The ski valet and storage lockers are perfect for our family of five. Proximity to mountain is great for skiing and close to restaurants and bars, but not too loud.

This was an amazing stay. Excellent service, apres, bar, restaurant, hot tub, breakfast, cleanliness, location! Short walk to the mountain but could leave our skis and poles in the lockers provided slopeside (@ Pan Pacific Mountainside) Also could access the slopeside hot tub and pool and gym, which were nice benefits. And Pan Pacific Whistler Village had the added benefit of being closer to the bus depot, so we didn't require a taxi which we would have if we had stayed at the Mountainside location. VERY CUSH! Thank you!

Great location and service was excellent. Breakfast is included which is great when trying to get out on the slopes in the morning. They also upgraded our room without even asking for that. 😀

The service was outstanding. We were very impressed with the breakfast. The expresso machine was very convenient. All the staff assisting us on arrival were so helpful and courteous. We are looking at booking here again for next season.

Nothing wrong with the facility or staff. We were up for one night. At about 11pm the fire alarm went off and ran for about 15-20 minutes. Woke us up and kept us up for a long time. Then at 7am it went off again and woke us up. I understand these things happen but sleep is the essentially ingredient of a good stay and basically the alarm ensured that was compromised. On check out the hotel did not charge us for parking but no other efforts made to address the disruption.

So pleasantly surprised and impressed with this hotel! We have stayed all over in Whistler from the Fairmont to the Westin and this property was such a treat! The rooms are SO functional and practical with kitchens that are so well equipped. The bedding was insanely comfortable, I need to know what pillows they use because that is my usual biggest concern. The staff was SO sweet. And their ski lockers, free breakfast, and afternoon treats are such nice touches. Made out stay so easy. Thank you!!

Very clean, very nice room, good staff. My only complaint is that the front desk was empty (unstaffed) more then once. At time of check-in (6:15pm) the front desk was empty- no one was there and no one was to be found! I had to call to get someone to the front desk to check me in. When I needed a toothbrush, after coming back from dinner 9:30pm) again the front desk was empty - I had to ask the valet to go fetch a front desk person.

Amazing property. We have stayed many times at Whistler and feel Pan Pacific was our best all round experience. The staff was attentive and well trained on all things offered. The ski locker amenity was very nice and next to the gondola. This eliminated the need to carry our gear back and forth from our unit. It was a great experience.
