Resort???Posted Aug 19, 2014
To call this property a Resort and Club is an understatement and terribly misleading. I did take into consideration the cost of the accomodation as Whistler is an extremely expensive place to stay however this property is a throw back to the early 70's both inside and out. Hot tub was not working and hadn't been working for some considerable time we were told, lobby was used as a 'play area' with toys, beds were not made up and we did stay 2 nights....maybe it was written in fine print that this was not included. Again, can't compare this property to the higher end properties in the area but can't say that we got our monies worth either!

Hotel??Posted May 19, 2014
Cons: Everything! Cleanliness, staffing, updates to the building and rooms, website info made accurate.
This hotel was smelly, had no staff on premises any time I was there except for check out. The website for the hotel was deceiving so we walked in with very different expectations than what we actually encountered. We were very disappointed and our stay was very uncomfortable. I will never stay there again and I would nerve recommend this hotel to anyone.

Started out that we showed up and couldn't enter the lobby because it was after hours which was a shock. They had a contact number and the guy was helpful getting us access. Upon entering the room there was an unpleasant odour but after airing it out it was fine. The room is outdated and the bed is quite uncomfortable. For whistler you get what you pay for. Can't expect much more.

Good place for an adventurer to crash at nightPosted Jun 25, 2012
Pros: Pool, hot tub and sauna and location
Cons: Place is in a slight state of disrepair: many power outlets not working, closet doors stuck, window lock broken, fridge broken
Location: Great location within walking distance of a few restaurants and grocery stores and minutes away from Whistler Village
The hotel wasn't amazing but it wasn't terrible. About half of the electrical outlets plus the mini fridge did not work but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the price was reasonable. When you're in whistler you don't go to hang around in your hotel room, it was meant for a place to crash between outings and it served its purpose just fine, After a long day in the mountains it was great to soak in the hot tub and relax in the pool.
