This was a great unit for ski and ski out. Close to the runs, good place to store equipment. The unit itself is on the first floor close to the entrance, so there is some noise in the morning from early skiers heading out. However unit is well set up - good kitchen supplies, great TV, comfy bed and the fireplace also gave of heat. Overall we were very happy.

Location for our needs was excellent. A lot of maintenance going on but I’ve stayed at The Aspens many times in the past and have always been happy.

This is a lovely property that is well-located with great amenities. The front reception onsite staff are exceptional!!!! The condo itself was clean and well maintained. . It's sparse because of COVID. No salt and pepper (front reception kindly brought use up individual packets). We registered as a family of 3. There were sheets, 2 pillows & one blanket for the pull-out couch. It would have been nice to have had something warmer for my son (he admitted he was chilly overnight). I'm sure we could have phoned down to reception for another blanket if he had let us know. Don't count on using the hot tubs when you arrive because the system requires you to 'reserve' the hot tub for 30 min timeslots - arriving for 4pm check-in means that you will likely have missed the boat. That said, they were accommodating so we could use the hottub after our ski the next day :) Overall a lovely, well positioned property with great, service oriented staff.

We stayed at The Aspens Whistler for Valentines Day weekend. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The complex is located within a walking distance from Whistler village center and the gondolas. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Complementary coffee and tea in the suite, thank you! Minuses: expensive parking for guests and visitors; the furniture in the room is quite old. Also, it was impossible for us to get a time slot for the hot tub or the pool. The only way to book a time slot is by walking down to the lobby at 7am, and you can only book a slot for that only day. I came down at 9 am, and all slots for that day have been taken already. In the neighbouring complex guests are allowed to book hot tub/pool slots at check in. I would prefer that way.

Great ski location

Nice place with a kitchenette. The staff was great and brought us a frying pan as one was missing for this suite. The pool hours from noon to 8pm with 30 minute time slots is much shorter compared to other places. Would have preferred that the pool was open earlier for the kids. The lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable to sleep at night despite the portable fans. In the evenings, many doors were propped open in the hallways to cool the rooms down.

Aspens is always a winner
Ive stayed at the Aspens close to a dozen times and it never disappoints! Comfortable rooms, cozy and clean. Beautiful, short walk into the village and perfect location for winter skiing.

The 2 BDRM suite was spacious and clean. It was a home away from home! The Aspen resort is ideally located. Close to the ski hill, walking trails and the Upper Village restaurants and a few shops. You had to sign up for a time to swim or to sit in the hot tub. We chose not to do that on this trip.

The Aspens has a great ski in/out location in the upper village. The unit itself however was pretty tired. - the one bedroom door wouldn’t close; the carpet was worn out, the fireplace all banged up. It’s in need of a refresh. Unlike many other rentals, the unit’s amenities were sparse - no salt & pepper shaker, no flipper for pancakes, no bbq on the balcony, no in suite laundry. There’s lots of great options in Whistler, and better value can be found.

We will certainly pass your views on the decor to the owner, any missing or broken items are available from the onsite 24 hour front desk. You can contact the front desk directly from in the unit. So that you know, there are 2 laundry rooms on the property and the unit is not advertised as having laundry in-suite. Salt and Pepper shakers have been temporarily removed as part of our COVID-19 reduction policy. We're sorry that this has left you feeling disappointed.

The Blackcomb gondola is just right out the resort, 100 meters downhill, so it's truly a ski on/ski off location. It's only about a 10 minutes leisure walk to the lower village.

Great place to stay. The code for the exercise room didn't work, so we had to get a separate code from the front desk which was mildly annoying to remember two different codes. The code system was nice though to not have to carry a key with you!

We love the location of the property. Unfortunately, there were ongoing issues with the internet. We were out for a 18km hike all day and just wanted to chill and watch a movie, but the tv would stop working, because there seemed to be issues with the internet signal. Staff tried to fix, but it kept happening. Frustrating as we weren't in the room much, but when we were, we only had working tv/internet for about half the time.

it is advertised with a full kitchen to be able to cook, and the utensils were cheap. several broke while being used. it is clean and cozy. although no turn down service as it is advertised as a hotel

Good quality for what we paid. Nice spacious bedroom and friendly staff. Didn't have hand soap in our room for some reason. Also theres no house keeping service.

A good location, only minutes to upper village. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. Sofa bed needs to be changed as it has seen better days. Loud music some days from The Chateau next door.
