“The best non' hotel!!!”

This "hotel" is not what you'd expect! All the rooms at this place are actually owned privatly by other people. The whole build is managed and maintained by Rentalquest. There is no turn-down service each night while you're there but if you stay there for 5 days or more they'll change the sheets and towels, occasionally, depending on the length of stay. (there are extra towels and sheets in the room already.) It's right on Blackcomb, which is gorgeous, but is far from the Village nightlife, which was a bit of a pain since there is no restaurant in the "hotel". It's very quiet at night, and the room had a large soaker tub, nice sized kitchen, seperate bedroom and a fireplace. Oh, and they have free newly-released movies too!

“Totally met my expectations!”

I really liked the layout of the suite, with a separate bedroom and living room/ kitchen. The fireplace was a nice touch and the bathroom was super clean. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but then again they don't advertise it as a luxury place. I would definately return with friends or family members, but if I was looking for a romantic weekend away, I might try something different.

“Great place to stay”

Great ski in and out, right off the slope. This condo was great set up for my husband and I and our 4 years old son.

“Nice Place to Stay”

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. Pools were great for the kids and ourselves. No airconditioning units in the rooms which can be problem in the summerr. Otherwise well worth the money and very satisfed with the experience.

“Good Value for the Price”

Although the furniture in the unit we stayed in was old and outdated, it was clean, comfortable and functional. The front desk staff were helpful and efficient. The location is a bit of a walk from the main village but the Upper Village and Blackcomb lift are right outside the backside of the building. Considering the price, we'd definitely stay here again.

“Really enjoyed my stay”

50 yards away from the slopes great access. Quiet location one of the only times I haven't been woken up by people returning from the village. Really great for families, gets you away from the people who love to stay in the village so they can drink then walk back to their rooms.

“Nice Place”

I found the Aspens a nice place to stay during our family ski vacation. Location in the upper village is great. Ski in/ski out onto Blackcomb. Just a short walk to the village. The ski concierge is a great service. The facilities, including the pool and hot tubs, are in good shape. I would definitely stay there again if we return to Whistler in the future.

“Not good Not Bad”

Ofcourse there is not doubt the hotel was clean and comfortable and friendly, I am not going there again because of its location. It is very close to the Blackcomb Mountain Base, however, it is not the only thing we go to Whistler for. If you are only in to Skiing and going to the top of the mountain and enjoy the Gondolas then this is a good location. However, if you are more of biking, and enjoy the village stroll kind of a person, then I suggest you find a hotel in the Village or the Village North.. The Upper Village hotels are far from everything else.

“Comfortable and convenient”

Great ski in/ski out location. Good sized room. Would have been nice to have a TV in bedroom as well as living room. Parking within building easy to use. Would recommend again.

“Would recommend”

Overall, I was happy with the service that we received when we stayed here. The front desk staff moved us to a room where we would be better accomodated. The two bedroom suite was roomy. It would be nice to have a TV in each of the rooms, a door that leads to the bathroom from the room and A/C in the summertime! Otherwise, no other complaints, we had a wonderful time!
