Pleasing

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Pleasing, great location
Cons: Bed needed new sheets
Location: Location excellent
Check in Staff were very pleasant. Room was excellent. Only problem was noisy partiers returning at 4:00 AM. I know better than to be near the elevator for this reason. Ask for a room the furthest from elevators

Basic hotel in the heart of Whistler

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: That it is close to the main village but outside on the edge so easily walkable to everything and not as noisy.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Location: Location is by the convention centre above the Bear Foot a Bistro. There is dinning, night clubs and of course skiing, biking in spring, summer, walks
We stayed one night over the Easter weekend. I have never stayed there before. The room while basic is comfy, had a good bed, clean and more then fine for the purpose. We had a "junior suite". A bit small to my mind for a suite but it did have a couch (pull out) and fridge, coffee maker, TV. I am not sure how this room would work for a long stay but is fine for a few days.

立地が◎

Posted Apr 3, 2015

Get What you Pay For

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: The location.
Cons: Update the furnishings, invest in new beds especially!
Location: Endless possibilities when you're staying at the base of the mountain!!
Got a last minute deal at the Listel $112- for the night. A decent stay if you're renting a hotel room for convenience, but if you're looking for luxury & comfort you should probably go to a different hotel. Everything is in place for this to be an amazing resort - location, the building itself, the Bearfoot Bistro & Ice Lounge downstairs. But the rooms are small, the furnishings are dated, the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are cheap. Great location, like I said though - it's right in the Village, so getting out and about is so easy & fun. Whistler itself cannot disappoint!

Nice hotel, great access to the lifts and shops

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Clean and tidy, really friendly staff and good price.
Cons: Much better wifi would be good.
Location: Very short walk to the main ski lifts. A minute away from the main resort street with shops, bars and restaurants.
Booked last minute for a short break. Check in was quick, staff very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, nice beds and shower wasn't bad. Breakfast was included, just a continental option, but still was a nice choice and well stocked each morning. As we skied on our last day, the hotel offered to hold our bags after check in and gave us access to the changing rooms and shower in the sauna area which was good before a long flight home. Wifi was complimentary but dropped out all the time. Stayed online just long enough to check the snow reports each day. (free wifi on the mountain was better than the hotels!)

Awesome location

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: rooms need to be better vacuumed/cleaned. Breakfast would be better if they offered some sort of hot food: eggs/meat and/or pancake/waffle machine.
Location: Located right in the main village, close to shopping/lifts/restaurants.
Listel Hotel has an awesome location, staff was helpful making ski rental equipment reservations. Tip: call whistler/blackcomb before 6pm day before skiing and get a discounted lift ticket
