ジャグジーが部屋にあるホテル

Posted Jun 29, 2015
部屋にジャグジーがついていて、日本のお風呂みたいに寛げて良かったです。でもベッドの横にあるので、私のように家族、もしくはカップルの方にはいいと思いますが、お友達同士では気を使うかな?

Nice and Close

The entire village was walking distance from it, once I checked in I never had to use my car again. Nice, quiet and friendly staff and service.

Worst hotel booking experience ever

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Good condition and clean
Cons: Staff attitude
Location: My recommendation for foreign visitors planning to spend time in Whistler is to arrive by bus or train. Rental cars are not essential, we parked ours
This is the worst hotel booking experience through Expedia as a top tier member for many years. I made 2 bookings at least 4 months in advance for a room with 2 queen beds to stay consecutively (2+1 nights) because of an error in counting the date. Upon arrival, I alerted the hotel to my 2 bookings since we did not want to change the room. Then, I found the room to be 1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed. The manager told me the hotel considered the room to be in the same category and would give room discount and free parking for accepting the room. Upon checking out, these verbal promises were not granted. I will not go back to this hotel again. Otherwise, the hotel condition was good and clean. All amenities were provided including the kitchen. A large grocery store is within a few minute walk. This is my first visit to Whistler, a resort town. The good thing is everywhere is within walking distance. There are many nice restaurants. The one we like best was call the 21 Steps Kitchen + Bar.

Nice place to stay, right in the village.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, convenient location to the village.
We stayed here for two nights while in town for Tough Mudder. Even though the hotel was packed, staff were always friendly and helpful. Room was nice, and it was just outside of the village perimeter. Only a 5 min walk from the Olympic Rings. Hotel was clean, & quiet and had a huge jacuzzi tub in the room. Would certainly stay in the Pinnacle again.

Toller Ort auch im Sommer

Posted May 31, 2015

Pros: nice and close to all amenities
Cons: The pillows need to be changed as they were to soft. We also found the room to be to warm and needed to leave the door open or run the ac all night.
We went to Whistler with some family member who live in Canada and had previously been to Whistler who were able to act as tour guides. We had a great time walking around the town, doing peak to peak and dining at the various establishments. We had great weather for most of the time we were there however the little rain we had did not stop us or anybody else enjoying themselves.
