Pros: Pool, room and staff
We arrived before 1 pm which is over an hour before check in. A staff helped us keep our things first and brought us to the restaurant which is right at the beachfront. Welcome drinks were immediately serve as well as we were waiting for our room to be ready. I was hoping to get checked in early, apparently we had to wait until 2:30 pm before we finally got our room key. Staff were really helpful and pleasant so that made it up with all the wait. In my opinion, this hotel had the most genuinely pleasant and well mannered staff I've ever been so far. We got a family room which is of relatively good size for 4 persons. I'm in fact happy with it, 4 twin sized bed, all the furniture were good, and most importantly they have a safe and the heater was working perfectly well. My kids enjoyed the pool so much and i'm really glad that it was well maintained. There is barely anyone utilizing the pool which may be the reason why there isn't any pool attendant at times. The view was great from outside as you look towards the right side of the beach. Won't beat station 1 beachfront though. Station 1 is about 25 mins to 30 mins by foot and approximately 15 minutes walk to Dmall.

The hotel is quite clean and overall ok. But was wonder why the reservation staff are never reply the email. I was email a few times to hotel reservation to arrange airport transfer. But no one reply the email. Until called to hotel and was informed by one staff that I should call to reservation which is another number and refused to transfer the call. Then no choice called to another number and the staff told me that they received the email. Ok let it be and I booked the transfer for 2 ways. But when we checked in the reception staff told me that we never book the transport for departure. So I booked for the departure and the staff told me will call to the room and inform us the time. But until last night they never inform us the time and we have to go and check again. They confirmed the departure time as 9:30am. We checked out at 9:00am and wait until 10am but no one come and pick up. I think the receptionist never confirm the transport with their agent and at the end the agent come and fetched at 10:15am which is last minute arrangement. We sure will not choose this hotel again.

숙박 대체적으로 만족했습니다. 오히려 스테이지2보다 조용하고 거리도 그닥 멀지않아서 돌아다니기 좋았어요. 단점은 조식이 별로 맛이 없고,, 이건 저희가 잘못한거지만.. 헤나를 이불에 묻혀 12.000페소 벌금이 나왔어요.ㅜㅜ. 거의 3-4일동안 왕창먹어도 안나오는가격을 벌금내고 오려니 눈물이 앞을 가리더군요.. 7000페소 까지 깎아서 벌금내긴 했지만 이불시트하나사는데 비싸봤자 만얼마 할거같은데 벌금을 너무 많이 부르네요..ㅜ 즐겁게 놀다가 마지막날 기분상해서 왔네요.. 인터넷에서 어떤분은 100만원정도 차지가 붙었다고 하네요..헤나 꼭 씻고 주무세요.ㅋ 나머지는 좋았어요. 썬배드랑 비치타올도 무료로 빌려주고..

Hôtel très agréable le personnel très agréable j'ai demandé un repas sur la passerelle de la piscine ça été accepté j'ai trouvé ça très très bien . Je remercie la direction et le personnel .

Location: Station 3 und man ist in 5 Minuten in Station 2.
Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer sind ok, Bad auch. Alles ist nicht "neu", aber akzeptabel. Leider mussten wir häufig reklamieren, weil der Zimmerservice z.B. Handtücher, Seife etc. vergessen hatte. Das ist nicht erfreulich. Wir reisen viel und das ist sehr unüblich. Ebenfalls ist das Frühstück einfallslos und wohl auf Asiaten ausgerichtet.

2014년 07월 04일~06일 숙박, 신축리조트로 알고 예약했으나 예상했던것보다 기대에 못 미침. 전반적으로 나쁘지는 않았는데 객실수에 비해 레스토랑이 작아서 아침식사를 하기 불편했음. 중국스러운 이름답게 프런트데스크부터 중국풍이며 중국인들이 많이 이용하는 듯 합니다. 직원들은 친절한 편이고 가격대비 나쁘지는 않습니다. 객실에서 WIFI가 되지 않는다는 단점이 치명적입니다.
