"Shuttle/bus service is amazing...drivers courteous and helpful....however....after our Grand Ole Opry show, we waited in area where driver told us to.....bus never arrived...several older women were left stranded and alone so I hired an Uber to bring them back to the resort. Otherwise, the stay was lovely....beautiful surroundings, happy and helpful staff, easy check-in/out.....amazing resort!"

"Although this ain’t a top tier hotel, this was perfect for my spontaneous trip to Nashville. I was provided a discount for adding an extra night. The beds were very comfortable. I stayed here alone and as a young female, I felt safe. I definitely plan on staying here again my next trip. You’re right next to TopGolf and you’re mere minutes away from all the solid bars. I Ubered down to Broadway and was able to walk back with no issue. "

"Room was great, but the bathrrom shower door is installed incorrectly. The shower door handle is on the outside and the shower opens into the shower. There is no shower door handle on the inside if the door and you have to grab the edge of the shower door to try and open it. If some one fell and was not able to get out of the shower, no one would be able to help, because the person in the shower would be blocking the door."
