Staff were very friendly and breakfast and snacking options were geat. Room was spacious but heat/AC unit was too noisy and bed was uncomfortable so I couldn't sleep well. I will choose a different hotel next time.

The hotel is central to North Conway with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Also close to plenty of site seeing. The staff were super friendly and Karen provided us with comprehensive ideas for says trips and things to see. Love this place. Room was large and the bed was comfortable. In house laundry was useful too. Will come again for sure.

A nice stay! The staff was the highlight of this facility, though. All very friendly and kind. I love the 7pm movies and cereal bar ideas! My kids loved it. The pool was fun and I can’t wait to come back when the mini golf is open.

The way they offer housekeeping services for multi night stays is wonderful. Thry give you 3 options for housekeeping services you chose one and follow the directions it is an absolutely wonderful system, qll hiotels should follow their lead on this. The staff are very friendly and are very helpful and go out of their way to assist you with your needs. An excellent hotel which we will be staying at again and often.

Stayed here for a few days with my husband and 2 kids. Place was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in the morning. Kids loved the pool and they had a movie and cereal bar in the lobby at night.

Stayed with my sister and my 4 kids and it was very comfortable. Good complimentary breakfast and we loved the iced coffee offered in the afternoon. Will definitely be back next time we stay up there.

This was a perfect place to stay after a day of skiing and having fun in the snow. The staff was very friendly. They will go above and beyond to get what you need. I don’t have any complains.

As a frequent Marriott traveler, I was extremely impressed with this location. From the minute we entered our room it smelt and looked so very clean. The beds were super comfortable and the room was unbelievably large and roomy. After our first night stay we returned to our room with a hand written note along with chocolates on our bed from our housekeeper. You don’t see that type of service anymore and it was very much appreciated. Many little touches throughout the property and hotel room which were above and beyond. Very happy with our stay! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning on my next ski trip.

Great overnight stay. We usually stay in a B&B but the prices were extremely high. The prices was reasonable and we booked a suite. The bed and pillows were very comfy! We slept very well. The staff were very friendly as well. Glad we decided to give up the B&B stays. Breakfast was also good with some added fruit.

Great for families. Our 5 year old loved the pool, movie nights and cereal bar. Out 14 year old appreciated the iced coffee bar. Breakfast was good, had the basics. Coffee could’ve been a little better. Rooms were clean, suite was good size, kitchenette was adequately stocked.

The rooms are wonderful and clean. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with kids. The pool was amazing. There are always movie nights for the kids. A wonderful full breakfast with fresh mini Belgian waffle's, eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels and more. They had an ice coffee bar in the afternoon and a cereal bar for a late night snack. Conveniently located near the heart of North Conway and lots to do with the family.
