“Green Granite was great!”

We needed a room to attend a wedding in the area on short notice. I checked available lodgings, and chose Green Granite.Green Granite was the standout choice for price and an available room. I am happy to report that Green Granite was an excellent choice. Easy booking, easy check-in, a really clean and spacious room. The included breakfast was better than the offerings from higher priced lodgings- read chain hotels. The desk staff was great with providing directions and recommendations for dinner, etc. The really outstanding feature for Green Granite was the fact that it was locally owned, NOT a national chain. A high quality lodging at a good price, and has local sustainability. We will be back! J&C

“Perfect”

I was traveling with two other women for some shopping and hiking. The location was perfect for both. The outlets are within walking distance and a row of little shops are a 5 minute drive away. We could get to Mount Washington in no more than 45 minutes and the Kancamagus Highway is not far. All the views are wonderful. The time we did spend in the room we were very comfortable. It was clean. The complementary breakfast was nice. There were hot options and standard bagels, muffins, and cereal. The staff is friendly We will stay here again.

“clean, friendly stay”

Stayed for 1 night while in North Conway. Great location right on beginning of main strip. Well kept motel with nice indoor and outdoor pools, playground. Our room was clean with a king bed, mini fridge, and huge balcony. Very satisfied will def be staying again.

“stiff beds and noisy hose”

Overall experience was mediocre. Location is convenient - grocery store within walking distance, staff is friendly and helpful. However... a few things were annoying: First, the room location was not great. There are several different types of rooms, and maybe I did not do my homework to figure this out before I booked. We stayed in a first floor room open to outside. I prefer the security and privacy of a corridor type arrangement. Second, the beds were too stiff and firm. Again, perhaps a matter of personal preference. But I did not sleep well. And third, there was a mysterious garden hose attached to a hose bib right outside our door. It snaked across the parking lot towards the pool. Appeared to be more or less permanent, including orange road cones to prevent cars from parking over it. Anyway, it was on most of the night because I could HEAR IT. And it was loud because it was on the exterior side of our bathroom wall. I was so annoyed that I turned it off myself but then someone turned it back on about 20 minutes later. And this was around 11pm. What do they need the garden hose for at 11pm??

“north conway's hidden comfort inn”

couldn't have been more surprised and elated at thiw inn..will return again; convenient to downtown, spacious rooms; and breakfast included..can't go wrong

“Good place to stay in North Conway”

My room had 2 queen beds and included breakfast buffet which had a good selection of hot and cold items, juice, coffee. The room was clean and beds not too bad. Good cable t.v. channels. The huge outlet mall is a short walk out the back via a sidewalk path so close you do not need to drive. Lots of bargains here for the shopping minded. The indoor pool and hot tub area were in good condition. The workout room was a little sparse with just a few pieces of equipment to use. Common areas of this hotel were nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots to see and do in this area, I may plan to return and if I do I would definitely stay here again.

“couldn't be nicer or more willing to please. a great experience”

everyone was so eager to please from front desk to dining hall to maids to maintenance people. we were there during a snow storm. always a great fire going in big lobby fireplace. always coffee, tea and hot chocolate available.can't wait to go back!!!!!!!

“Not worth the money”

For the amount of money they charge they don't offer many amenities. The room was a bit dirty particularly the bathroom. The TV is tiny. I have stayed at mid-priced chain hotels in the past that were cleaner and offered more than this one. The location is great as it is close to all the shopping but it's as though they charge you more and give you less because they can due to their close proximity to all the shops.

“Very good for shopping”

The hotel location and cleanliness was really good. A bit away from town if you do not have a car, but if you like to walk or are interested in shopping it is a great option. The only thing that i did not like was the people from the front desk, they were a bit rude.
