Hotel was very clean. Room was a bit small for 5 people though (2adults, 3 kids)!

Very good staff. The hotel was very clean. It was the second time for us at this hotel, near to the outlets. The suite is rent for 5 but it has only 4 places to sleep. It must be a good idea to have an extra bed.

Great night

The hotel was fine, but the young lady on check in was brilliant ( sorry, but I didn't note her name and wish I had), plus the lady who had just made cookies. The room was good, the breakfast good, but check in made the stay special. Many thanks

We love this place!

Pros: Indoor Waterpark and Breakfast
My two children were so excited to hear they were going to the Hampton Inn. They love the waterpark which is great for young kids. It was a little crowded Saturday evening and Sunday morning but should be expected on a winter weekend.

Cons: I was disappointed to see that the hotel used Styrofoam/plastic plates. It was difficult to cut with the plastic utensils, as they kept bending.
We enjoyed staying at the Hampton Suites. The kids had fun on the water slides. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I was disappointed to see that the hotel used Styrofoam/plastic plates. It was difficult to cut with the plastic utensils, as they kept bending.

Belle relâche en famille!

Posted Mar 10, 2015

great place for families with small children

Posted Mar 6, 2015
Pros: We've always been pleased with the casual atmosphere of Hampton Inn and the standards we can expect.
Cons: The mattress and pillows were way too soft. I don't know if this has changed in recent years but my back needs more support than this gives.
Location: In the heart of North Conway so shops and restaurants abound and both nordic and alpine skiing as well.
We stayed here because they had a whirlpool, however, we were not aware it was a holiday week for schools so the place was like summer camp.

We were there for just overnight and breakfast, a very quick trip. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good also.
