Our room wasn’t ready at 4pm. we had to wait until 7pm. Service in the restaurant was very slow. The kids loved the grounds and the swimming pools though, so we will be back. The barney and betty hill memorial was cool.

We booked through expedia and receptionist said that third party reservations get the rooms across the road. This is an inconvenience, since you have to get all ready to go to the pool. The room was very outdated, but in working order. The outdoor jacuzzi is nice and hot. The outdoor pool is pleasantly refreshing after warming up in jacuzzi. That was the main reason we rented this motel and it did not disappoint. Area around is beautiful, we hiked to The Basin which is amazing place. The restaurants around are good too.

We loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub! Ping pong was fun as well! Very convenient to Loon and Cannon Mountain.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Indian Head Resort. Only complaints would be to offer a bigger menu at the restaurant and the heat was not working that great in my hotel room.

We had a great stay at Indian Head! We went up late in the ski season and it was perfect. Only a very short drive to Loon. Clean comfortable and quiet. The staff was super nice. The gift store was a great surprise. There was even a little simple breakfast that I wasn't expecting. Also the view is gorgeous! Bonus for the official state historical marker on the edge of the parking lot that commemorates the first publicized Alien Abduction (lots of cool alien stuff in the gift shop! Check it out).

Love coming up here every year on February school break for the ice castles. Rooms are clean, kids love the indoor and outdoor pool and gift shop. It’s our go to place

Absolutely stunning views and an incredible staff. The resort truly knows how to work with the mountain landscape and build amenities that highlight it. The restaurant, gift shop, and three pools are great selling points, and while the rooms are a little outdated everything we needed was there. Recommend!

The property is run down, but our room was filthy upon checking in. Front desk staff did change our room and it was much cleaner. They also gave us a complementary breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. Breakfast buffet was average The rooms are old and in need of serious updating.

The bed was really comfortable. The food and restaurant atmosphere was great. Gift shop had some really cool stuff. The only two issues we had were the heating system made a very loud bang every hour or two while we were sleeping that startled us awake every time and the shower ceiling was really moldy. Ick.

Refillable Keurig was the only coffee option in the lobby. Similar to the Keurig you have at home. Outlets for plugging in a smart phone were very poor. The rooms haven’t been updated in years and the electrical never despite that the place is still charming. At $250 a night I wouldn’t go back again. This is more of a low budget motel that shouldn’t be priced at more than $120 a night. Dinner was a mixed bag, my burger was only fair, but the prices were reasonable. The outdoor hot tub was nice and the outdoor pool was also nice.
