Good location and that is allPosted Jul 21, 2014
Good location, besides that it needs a lot of updating, our room was hot ( seemed like the thermostat was for show) and it didn't have a smoke detector just a wire hanging from the ceiling. Would not go back

Centrally located in Conway NhPosted Jul 21, 2014
The hotel staff was very accommodating when a problem arose. The Hotel is not new, however, pleasant to stay.

the place smelled moldy, the mattress needed to be replaced; you sank sideway out of bed, the bathroom was dirty; hair on the floor, dirty tub. the tv had about 5 channels to choose from. breakfast choices were poor.....

Hotel close to shopping outletPosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Convenient for shopping. Breakfast was ok.
Cons: In need of redocoration and complete renovation! This could be a great place to stay if it was brought up to date.
Location: Excellent location for the shopping outlets in North Conway. Also convenient for Crawford Notch SP, Pinkham Notch SP, & Mt.Washington
The room we had was shabby, tired and in urgent need of care & attention. There was a really musty/damp smell in the room as if the sink/shower had not been used in ages. The wallpaper was lifting at the seams and looked dirty, with lots of marks. Generally, the room needs to be completely refurbished with fresh paint, new wallpaper, new carpet & furnishings.

Location good - close to shopping outletPosted Jul 14, 2014
Looks like maintenance has been deferred for a long time. Hotel needs some work. Hallways dirty and grimy.

Awful. Filthy hotel...not worth the moneyPosted May 27, 2014
Everything was dirty and outdated. No hot water. I was afraid to even sleep in the bed, knowing that some 20 people have probably slept in the same sheets because the hotel probably doesn't change them. We didn't even attempt the breakfast. If you go bring Lysol.
Hairs in the sheets, wifi not really workingPosted Mar 2, 2014
Cons: everything, see above.
Location: Near Cranmore
For the price, it was a disappointment. We found hairs and holes in the sheets, the wifi was not really working, the swimming pool is in a horrible state of disarray (not to mention the changing room / bathroom next to the swimming pool, which is just plain dirty), they advertise Jacuzzi, but it really only means some rooms have Jacuzzis, the water in the shower was too cold. The breakfast buffet wasn't all that great (no bread, as "usually nobody eats the white bread" !!!) For this price, I would go somewhere else. For an extra 20-30$ i would go to other nearby places.

It is ski season...so breakfast should start @ 7AMPosted Feb 8, 2014
Pros: The snowplow guy did a good job clearing the parking lot
Location: Great skiing, shopping, cross-country skiing
The pool was being repaired and not available... No base board heat.....they said it was turned off even through the temperature in the AM was minus 3 degrees... The only heat came from a noisy dual air conditioning wall unit... the mountains open at 8:00 for skiing and the breakfast starts at 8:30... it should start @ 6:30 or 7:00 at the latest the common area room was either not heated or set at 55 degrees. It was unusable .....
