We come often due to the reasonable price.Posted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: Family friendly. Comfortable.
Cons: Bed spreads - the sheets that cover as a duvet are very confusing for the sleeper that tosses and turns.
Location: Love the area.
We come at least twice a year. For the comfort, price, shopping and the area.

Pros: The location.
Cons: Better customer service,.
Location: Excellent location. Shopping, & outdoor fun.
I booked a room for my wife & I for 2 nights for $470. at this hotel, over the internet, from Expedia. Nowhere did it state that this room would have a bathroom with a hospital setting to facilitate the handicap. Since neither of us are handicaped, it made it very inconveninet for us to put our toiletries out as there was no counter space. We had to improvise by using an "ironing board" as a counter in order to do so. Just when we thought that was bad, we realized that the showerhead was not located in its normal location, but to the oposite end on the side of the wall, directly infront of the shower curtain. Showering was a nightmare as the water came out through the side of the shower curtain and on to the floor. We were forced to use a manual shower hose that was attached to the shower instead , so the floor would not get flooded. When we complained to front desk they informed us that since we didn't bookd directly from them there was nothing they could do about it. them. So basically we had an unpleasant experience.

Recent stay at The Grand hotel N Conway NHPosted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Location, convenient to outlets. , comfortable , well kept after rooms.
Cons: Stress quiet time, or don't encourage adults to stay here.
Location: shop hiking, scenic rides, mountain activities
Overall good stay.... personally, way too many kids running around screaming unattended. Pool clearly stated Adult swim 10-11pm. Went to hot tub after long days of hiking, filled with screaming kids right up to 10:45 pm. Pool staff was walking all around, never addressed the situation. Lots of kids too up really early in the morning yelling in corridor. Addressed at check out, didn't really phase anyone.

Nice, clean hotel. A bit understaffed in the restaurant, kinda slow. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was very small.staff was friendly. Pool was small given size of hotel, but there was also indoor pool. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very disappointed with the bar and food in the evening. Shorthanded, slow and expensive small drinks.
