Would go back!Posted Jul 24, 2014
Everything was good except when the suggestion that bar be opened before dinner to management, he could've cared less though staff agreed.

Hotel rooms are outdated for the price.Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: The location next to the outlets.
Cons: Update the rooms.
Location: Outlet access is great.
It was OK just not as nice as I thought it would be for the price.

A Grand HotelPosted Jul 18, 2014
The North Conway Grand Hotel was great from check in to check out. The service was super and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant was great especially Aykut. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Great for kidsPosted Jul 11, 2014
fine room, helpful staff, pools and carved/stuffed bears and moose in lobby amused our kids for a few extra minutes. Not a bargain, and not for those who want local atmosphere, but particularly good for families w/ kids who like to swim or folks who want to be near the outlets while also having access to the white mountains, story land, etc.

Perfect for families or shopaholicsPosted Jul 11, 2014
This place is RIGHT behind the outlet mall and full of things to do. The pool was full all day, plus a decent arcade and workout center. There were activities like ice cream socials and movies in their theater plus DVD players in every room. Our DVD player didn't work unfortunately but it was still a nice feature. Breakfast buffet was decent plus kids under 12 eat free. Plus walking distance to a few restaurants so mommy and daddy each had a drink with dinner and we were able to walk back to our room. I would stay here again for sure but only if we had the kids us.

Looked much nicer in pictures.Posted Jul 6, 2014
They put us in a handicap room. When asked if they could move us to a standard room they told us that none were available ,a quick check online said three available. When asked why we were in a handicap room we were rudely told it was because we booked thru a third party, huh ? House keeping was basically noon existent during our stay. Very noisy, rules not enforced, kids in pool during adult hours.

Hidden GemPosted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: Having everything so close - and the playground for the kids
Location: Outlet stores - Story Land, Hiking - Clark's Trading Post (about 1 hour away)
The hotel was simply perfect(location, amenities, staff, proximity to shopping). All and all the perfect setup. The kids loved the playground and the adjacent swimming pool. Having the outlets so close by was a major plus. The staff was awesome. The view of the mountains from my room was an added bonus. We did not use the in house restaurant with two super markets nearby and the room equipped with a fridge and microwave, why bother with hotel food. The kids had fun meeting other kids - I honestly can't say anything negative about the place. It was awesome.
