Comfortable, fun stayPosted Sep 9, 2014
Nice Victorian inn located on a quiet street yet close to restaurants & shops. Owner Rob is friendly, funny & quite accommodating. Makes some of the best breakfasts we've had. Nice seating locations inside & outside, wine in the afternoon, with coffee & tea & snacks anytime. Great asset is his "helper" Broady, the cutest Sheltie we ever saw. Very well behaved & will help get rid of your leftover breakfast meats.

3 day GetawayPosted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Location, friendly Inn Keeper and the Breakfasts! Te side porch overlooking the mountains was relaxing.
Cons: A little more room to park.
Location: Down the street from Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Bath and the Cog Railroad. Lots of shopping, trails to hike, and the scenery is very nice and relaxing.
The Red Elephant Inn was a very warm & friendly experience for my husband and myself. It was nicely furnished and had easy access to the main roads and attractions. The breakfasts were terrific! My husband never eats quiche and had it both mornings! A complimentary glass of wine at night was very welcoming.

It was amazing! Would go again in a heartbeat!Posted Aug 12, 2014
When you entered you are greeted by this friendly and hospitable man, Rob and his dog Brody. The room was beautiful and the breakfast the most delicious ever. Better than the Ritz Carlton. All delicious n homemadea 3 course on top of that . The place extremely exceptional. The view breathtakingly. Need I day more. Only regret I didn't stay long enough but am planning another trip back in the Spring. Don't muss it you won't regret it!

Wonderful B&B in the North Conway area!Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: The breakfast, the location, and the friendly comfortable atmosphere.
Location: Perfect location for hiking or shopping in North Conway.
We stayed at the Red Elephant Inn two nights (mid-week) at the end of July 2014 and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The owner was kind, knowledgable and an excellent cook - what a breakfast! He was quite familiar with the area and even gave us a hand-drawn map for a hike on Peaked Mountain. The location is perfect too - in walking distance of the Muddy Moose restaurant and a very short drive to the main shopping areas in North Conway. We will be staying here again the next time we are in this area.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast
The bed and pillows were a little soft, but otherwise a great three day R&R experience.

Private house style just off main roadPosted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: The personal attention and the feeling we were house guests rather than paying visitors.
Location: Many walking trails, a vintage train ride and spectacular views from the tops of the mountains. A wide selection of restaurants to suite most tastes
If you are looking for a typical motel this B &B is not for you. However if you want to be welcomed into somebody's house, then it is. Owner Rob assisted by Brodie the dog is friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfasts are unusual with really original dishes with Rob taking a real pride in what he has produced. Only slight downside was a bit of difficulty with door lock and the bathroom door which kept sticking. Once mastered, they did not present a problem. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Lovely B&BPosted Feb 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
My wife and I visited the North Conway area over Valentine's week-end for some snow shoeing and X-Country skiing, and stayed at the Red Elephant for 2 days. Although not as elegant and plush as other B&B's that we have stayed in, it was tidy and very comfortable. The breakfasts were creative and delicious. It was tough going back to Special K.

Home away from home in the White MountainsPosted Jan 6, 2014
Amazing experience with fantastic breakfast and cozy atmosphere. Our host was accommodating and very interesting providing helpful advise when asked and offering stories and tips on the area. The building is wonderfully decorated with a room for drinking wine (provided by owner) and an assortment of hot drinks (also free of charge) next to a gas fireplace. The inn is small enough for an intimate romantic feel yet hosts multiple couples or travellers for breakfast conversations. I will be recommending this inn to anyone who travels in the state of New Hampshire and a must stay.

Room was very clean quiet and cozy. Hotel was close to every thing but nestled in a way that you feel totally at peace. Highly recommend and will be booking for a stay in January.
