“Nice Hotel”

The exterior was clean and attractive. The front desk attendant was pleasant and friendly. She had a little trouble finding my reservation but other than that all went well. The room was clean and attractive. I would definately stay here again. She recommended the Common Man Restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent.

“Great stay!”

Location is great. Riverwalk to Kangamangus right out the back door. Surrounded by the beautiful White Mountains. Fun little town. Can't wait to go back!

“Find another hotel”

I would not recommend this hotel. It was outdated and dingy. The hottub was disgusting and the pool wasn't great. The room was small and not nice.

“Everything we needed”

Very satisfied with hotel, which had become part condo, which made it so you did not get maid service every day. Location was great, as was the assistance and recommendations of hotel staff. Wireless Internet was available.

“Nice Place”

My wife and I visited during fall folliage. Although the hotel was not very crowded while we visited, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location, the room was comfortable and clean, and although we did not use many of the ammenities of the hotel, we did go look at them and they appeared to be a nice addition to the property.

“Not overly impressed”

In the initial description it was stated 2 double beds room actually had a fold down queen. During our 2 day stay there was absolutely no room service. If you needed extra towels, you had to get them from the front desk. Signage for the entrance certainly could have been better. This hotels sign was co-located on a larger hotels sign in the lower left corner which nessitated reading quickly as you are driving past. Front desk personnel were pleasant however. Appropriately rated at 2 *.

“Not at all satisfied”

Our stay was the worst we have ever had, their web site said they have maid service for stays of three days and more so we booked a three night stay but when I saked why our room had not been cleaned I was told they have no made service at all and was told I had to carry our garbage to the garbage shoot all the way through the hotel this is not acceptable to me. We booked this trip in good faith and on your recommendations. We brought our two grand children with us and they were so disappointed they could not use the pool. The pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom and the chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes just entering the pool area. The hot tub was out of order I am appalled with this place and with you for recommending this place Rivergreen Resort should not be in your list of hotels recommended.

“No internet in room”

The room was very nice. The only negatives were there was no internet in the rooms. You had to go to the common areas. They only have housekeeping if you stay more than 3 nights. Otherwise you will be charged extra for it.

“Good value”

The hotel room was adequate for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Cell phone service in the room was iffy (but that's for a lot of Lincoln). The Lobby and halls appeared to be dingy - needs updating, but the rest of the hotel was fine. Internet service was in the lobby or the great room, but not in the rooms, which was annoying. Overall, it was satisfactory.
