“Loved the Bartlett Inn!”
We had the king room at the top of the house and it was beautiful! Everything was brand new and the bathroom was beautiful. We got discount coupons from the front desk for Mt Washington, which is not far away. We would absolutely stay here again.
“Accomodating owners”
This is a great B&b, with cottages and rooms in the main house. The owners go out of their way to be helpful, to the point of sitting with you at breakfast to map out your day, if you choose. Great people, great food, we'd go back.
“Owner makes the Inn”
We were surprised to find a vacancy at our last minute reservation attempt, but were happy to have one at this Inn, which had so many good reviews. The Inn is a very homey place with a great proprietor who had many recommendations about what to do in the area and where to have a meal. His recommendations were right on, and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We were less enthusiastic about the rooms themselves, though. The decor was the usual attempt at "country", which is overwrought and too cutesy for our tastes. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. Nevertheless, I would return due to the great location and host.

We would recommend this Inn. Their service, including breakfast, went beyond making our stay there pleasant, comfortable and convenient.
