I love this family owned property with wonderful staff. Great location close to skiing areas, hiking, snowmobiling. After a day of adventure it is great to relax at the pool, hot tub, or sauna. The restaurant offers nice choices and the food is delicious.

This is a great property and the staff is wonderful. Onsite restaurant had great food. They have the quadfecta of a pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Also there is a game room/arcade for the kids. We visited to go skiing at Wildcat, which is nearby. But this hotel seems like a favorite for snowmobilers.

Very helpful staff. For an older property the rooms are kept modern and very clean. Onsite dining is convenient. Pool area very nice and its not often you find both sauna and steam. Very reasonable pricing.

The inn was a bit dated but clean, rooms were large, indoor pool and in a nice quiet surrounding. Didn’t think the restaurant would be good but it was very good and Kristina was wonderful!

Good old school place, but the pool area was not as nice as it was portrayed on the site. Pool was ok with 8ft deep end, but jacuzzi was small and always full, and the steam room was so bad it was almost comical. The sauna was the only saving grace until we saw some crawlers around the heating element.

This must be the place to go to for this area. Gorham/Berlin are small towns up in the northern white mointains without much to do unless you are an outdoors enthusiast. They have in indoor pool that was absolutely packed when we stayed. A small little arcade for the kids. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of channels to watch on TV. Overall this was a good place and I would stay here again.

This place is a gem. Our dogs loved staying here the back lot was a great place to play with them. Housekeeping came by daily and gave us everything we needed. Staff was always smiling and friendly. Room and hotel was clean and maintained. We had an interior door and a door we could pull our truck right up to. 1st pet friendly hotel room we have stayed in that didn't have some kind of oder. The stuffed haddock at the restaurant there was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and if we make our way back up to sunday river we will stay again.
