Pros: The grounds were very nice,
Cons: A real good cleaning , new furniture,New shades, wash windows they were nasty.. microwave was dirty
Location: location was great
The furniture was out dated, the air conditioner in our room was leaking, when you walked into the Room it smelled.The shades were filthy,the sheets didnt look like they had been changed.. The staff was friendly... the food we had at the restaurant was good. breakfast was great and our waitress was wonderful

Pros: We liked tennis court, deep enough swimming pool, Jacuzzi, play room and restaurant.
Location: Great location!
We arrived very late and was able to come in the room without any problems. Our keys were waiting for us in the box. We spent a lot of time on nature and had a good relaxation after long day of hiking and traveling. The beds are very comfortable.Great stay! We had everything we needed.

Very kids-friendly for families with kids. It was not relaxing and enjoyable for adult to go to pool or hot tub because kids were playing splashing and jumping. Would be nice to have some restrictions benefiting adults. Otherwise, no complains. Thank you for providing tennis court .

Hotel should not be called a resort. It does not have the amenities of a real resort. There was carpet on the indoor and outdoor pool area. There was a also mold and moss growing on the pool carpet area. The rooms smelled musty and there were smokers in the area even though we were in a non-smoking area. Our room looked liked it had leakage on the ceiling tiles above the shower area (mold in that area too). Price was reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for. We would not go back to this place.

It was nice. Nothing exceptional. I booked it at the last minute on Labor Day weekend and the price was reasonable. I would recommend it or stay there again myself under the same circumstances

Hotel definitely need some update its very outdated. The best thing was the outside and indoor pools very fun for kids. The hotel could've been worse but it definitely need a lot of work for the price paid.

Pros: Location, Staff, Indoor Pool/Hot tub, Room, Breakfast
Location: Next door to Whales Tale Water Park (we walked over), close to The Flume Gorge, Lost River Gorge & Caves. Also close to The Common Man restaurant.
Wifi coverage needs a bit of improvement. Sometimes difficult to get on the internet. Other than that it was great and also an excellent motel for the money. Staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Indoor pool was excellent.

Pros: The location and the price
Cons: I tend to be an early riser so I was wishing the restaurant opened earlier than 7:30, but there was also a pancake house just down the road.
Location: Franconia Notch State Park. Just down the road from Clark's Trading Post.
Great location. Lots of family friendly activities, tennis, raquetball, horseshoes, pools. There was a duck pond right in front of my room and the kids loved it. I had a nice room at a good price.

They put us in a rundown room 300 yards down the road from their advertised hotel. When we said we didn't reserve that, they wouldn't do anything until we got totally upset and wanted our money back and leave. Then they offered us something else which we took. They should have tried to help us right away. Some of the girls at the desk were very rude and unprofessional. The first room that they tried to put us in was horrible. The furniture was broken down. The bathtub was chipped and dirty. The drain was half out and had a big hunk of hair caught in it. The ceiling was stained and it smelled of mildew. The room we finally got was fine. The main resort was beautiful though somewhat run down. The restaurant was great and the help there was also great.
