Had to change rooms 3 times...

Posted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: One young lady at front desk was very nice and helpful.
First room the TV didn't work; second room smelled of cats (severe allergy!); third room ok and I was to tired to care.

Uncomfortable Atmosphere

Posted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: The kind woman who was working the front desk AND doing laundry at the same time.
Cons: Everything
This is not a place for two women traveling without their husbands to stay! This is a hotel obviously for construction workers who are hanging around outside smoking and staring. We had two drunk men great us as we stepped out of the elevator. We didn't feel safe at all. Also, I was not told that our rooms did not get fresh towels or cleaned but once a week. The mildew carpet smell effected me greatly and it just was a creepy place.

Hotel room with very little space

Posted May 25, 2015
Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: Don't know - to get larger rooms you would have to do major construction and that's not possible.
Location: It was about 10-15 minutes from White Plains which is a major city in Westchester County. Things to do? - shopping, I guess. Take train to NYC
We had a room with 2 double beds for 3 adults & a 3 yr old. We requested a roll away and with that in the room, it became very tight with not much space. The manager was very nice in that he waived the rollaway bed fee but still, it felt claustrophobic. When I selected this room it said 'suite' and I pictured a much larger room space. I'm not sure if I would go back to this hotel. The staff was very nice but the room itself left a lot to be desired. We checked out at 1 am since we had a long ride home. The manager assured me there would be someone at the front desk even at that hour, however, the only one there was the lady doing laundry who could not speak English very well, but did try to help me. The end result I left my name and room # on a note pad with a request to mail me my receipt.

Nice hotel

Posted May 9, 2015
Staff (Frank) where extremely nice!Breakfast is muffins, coffe, oatmeal, granola bars and fruits (apple & orange) Gym facility is small and private with a TV which is great! Room is clean, would love for fluffier pillows and bed was sort of comfortable. The kitchen and fridge is definitely a plus. Would most likely stay again

Can I Get a Towel

Posted Apr 17, 2015 on Hotels
Overall everything was good except when we first checked in as 2 adults and received 1 towel. Saw housekeeping and requested another towel and was told to get it myself. I dont work here so that is not going to work. We were in a rush to get to our engagement so on the way out we went to Management they asked me if I wanted to take a towel with me. Ummm no can someone put it in our room please. Well end of story we are back home and never received a towel. If I stay again I suppose we should make sure we bring our own towels.

It was good overall, but parking was too far in a tiered lot. Breakfast was fair.

room stank, towels, sheets and pillows smelled.

Posted Apr 2, 2015
This seemed more like a halfway rooming house. The linen and towels bore lingering smells of prior use, and the entire facility was worn and filthy. Disgusting.
