Twelve hours not bad.

Pros: see above
Cons: see above
Location: College graduation didn't really do the sites of the area. Close to RT 287 and White Plains
Wonderful grounds. Lots of trees, no "parking lot" view from room. Very country setting. Pool and facilities very good. A bar with TV's and sports. The only negative was that hotel staff were knocking at your door, before 9AM on a Saturday morning. Very annoying. I would have thought that a hotel chain like the Hilton would dispatch housekeeping only after a guest has checked out. They should institute some form of program to properly schedule cleanings versus waking guests up.

Dear Traveler – We greatly appreciate your post on Expedia. We are very fortunate to have a beautiful country setting as well as an indoor and outdoor pool. I must apologize for our staff waking you at an early hour. I hope your room had a Do Not Disturb sign in it. If we are fortunate enough to have your return to our property, may I suggest you hang this sign on the door to avoid this disturbance. Thank you again. PASS ON THIS HOTEL !!! "HILTON HORRIFIC "

Posted May 15, 2014
Pros: Nothing ! There was not one good thing that I can say I liked about this Hotel but 1,000 things I can say about what I didn't like ..
Cons: A complete OVERHAUL .. This Hotel needs $$$$$ and help !!
Booked 2 rooms for a stay to attend my cousins Pace Law School Graduation . I trusted the pictures and reviews , both to which turned out to be the furthest thing from what I and my Family experienced !! This hotel should be on the show " Hotel Hell " .. After a 5 hr drive , we arrived to be given 1 of the 2 rooms dirty ! The other room had broken down furniture with missing doors , chips , dents , basically looked like it was salvaged furniture from the curbside .. The place was like a Labyrinth to which navigating to get to the horrid room was a mission with my 80 yr old Grandma , a 9 yr old , a handicap Aunt ( also Mother of the graduate ) , a 7 month old baby and a War Vet .. The staff was not the least bit shocked or surprised of our complaints but instead AGREED and ADMITTED they had " Cutbacks " . I paid $999.91 for 2 rooms for 2 nights !!!! I was embarrassed , ashamed and disgusted that I chose this hotel . Down to no soap to wash your hands was to be found anywhere at anytime until I called and demand it . To which a mixed brand of whatever they seemed to find was brought to me a half hour later .. On day 2 after an all day event at Pace Law School and then Dinner we arrived back after walking a mile or so from parking to our rooms ONLY to find BOTH door keys deactivated !! I had my Grandmother at 80 , my handicapped Aunt and my 9 yr old sitting on the floor as I used my personal cell phone to call the Hotel and get someone to let us in .. Bottom line , Buyer Beware

Nice lobby but the rest is dated and musty.

Posted May 5, 2014
Pros: Nice lobby and bar area.
Cons: Everything else apart from the lobby needs to be updated.
Stayed here last year and it was ok. Doesn't look like much was done in a year and it's more run-down feeling, threadbare, and overall disappointing. Room seemed like it hadn't been aired-out in months. Dirty carpet, bathroom looked gross, smelled very musty. Wouldn't stay here again...

This was our favorite hotel until this visit

Posted Apr 27, 2014
Cons: Please make the hot tub hot, the room stocked as it should be & a coffee pot in the room
Location: Close to many colleges (why we stay there), easy to find, near PepsiCo.
We have stayed here about 10 times. Our daughter is in college near here so after 4 years & many different hotels, we always chose to stay here-great comfort, easy parking, good restaurant with a great buffet in the morning, pool & hot tub always hot & clean. Unfortunetly, this time was different. Our room had a toilet that was plugged up with toilet paper, there were no glasses in the room, no toilet paper or Kleenex. To be fair, all of these were rectified as soon as I went to the desk & the staff was efficient and gracious. The, in the morning I realized we had no coffee pot-the staff at the restaurant gave me coffee at no charge and rectified the issue. Then, I went to the Hot tub-which was the same temp as the pool! It was a comedy of errors. We felt that this was our perfect hotel until this stay. We are booked here for my daughter's graduation in May; we only hope that it is back to it's usual high standard.

Dear parents of a yo, Thank you for your post on Expedia. Please accept my apology on behalf of the entire staff of the Hilton Westchester. I will work with our housekeeping staff as well as engineering staff to make sure that the rooms have everything you need when you check in and that the hot tub is hot. It is satisfying to know that our staff was efficient and gracious in rectifying your issues, however, our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction at check in. Congratulations on your daughter’s graduation in May and we look forward to having you as our guest again and providing the high standard of service that is expected from the Hilton Westchester. Really bad experience an all fronts.

Had reserved 2 rooms, one king and 2 queens for me, my husband, my mother and my kids. We were given 2 rooms with 2 double beds each, and there were on different floors. Once I asked to fix the reservation they told us the hotel was full. They didn't have magnetic keys, and we were handed 2 regular metal keys for each room, and we were warned that we would be charged 100$ for each key we lost. We had dinner at the hotel and we waited at least 25 minutes before anyone got our orders. The restaurant had few tables is use and lots of waitress around that were more interested in taking between themselves than taking our order. The service for the breakfast was better, but the cost was over 80 bugs for 1 buffet, one continental and 2 kids. No to mention that the selection at the buffet was really minimal. When the kids went to the pool in the morning there were few people, sleeping on the langues, that didn't seem that have taken a bath for the last couple of years. I would definitely no going back next time I am in the area, and suggest anyone I know to avoid this place.

Good location.

Posted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Cleaner and cleaned up or new furniture.
This was a good location for a concert we attended in Port Chester. It was right down the road. It was a little difficult to find since the sign is hidden from the direction we were coming so we passed it. The staff were great and very nice. The lobby and bar area were nice an open and modern. The room itself was nice but the wood furniture was all scratched up. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The outside of the metal garbage can was filthy and the shower tiles were not the best. Again the wood work was scratched up.
