Pros: Staff was friendly and efficient.
Cons: Suggested to the desk that instructions for the thermostat be included in the room. I wanted AC, but it was turned off and we got hot air.
Location: Airport shuttle from Westchester County Airport is a real plus and it is convenient to main highways, etc.
Stayed two nights and found everything handled well. The only negative was the distance from the room to the Lobby.

Pros: Pool, workout room
Cons: Lobby area seemed update, but everything we saw was a little dated
Location: Airport was close?
We had no space to park the first night, we had to walk a mile to get to our room. The building seemed old but clean. Service was good, but expensive!

This place is so big. We enjoyed everything our room had a view to the wood and it was beautiful with the snow and the sunset.Loved it.

Pros: Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. Large bathroom well lighted...
Cons: The quality of the food and the service in the Hearth restaurant could be improved . The breakfast menu was very good and the food 100% better.
Location: Stayed in hotel all weekend
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant service was slow but the hotel was very busy over the weekend. Food pricey and quality could be better. Hotel throughout extremely clean. Valet parking attendants were beyond helpful and very very pleasant.

Pros: Uh....HMMMM.........the lady that worked the guest shop was sweet
Location: might be pretty in the summer... I was lost for two hours trying to get there and no one could get me directions
When I arrived found melted ice cream in the fridge and dirty towels rehung on the towel rack. The valet service was running a scam of telling me that the service was a must and not tell me that there was a 16.00 a day charge. Went to dinner and was surprised to find that a burger an fries and a ice tea was 30.00+ when I asked about the cost was told be glad I was not closer to the city and one more thing I had a small overnight bag which was wrestled out of my hands and the guy stuck his hand out for a tip. I was given a free breakfast coupon that was given to everyone and was not even collected

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Needs massive updating, from signage to maintenance to decor. Employees seemed well-meaning if not performing at top efficiency.
Location: Close to Westchester County Airport and all Westchester towns, plus New York City.
Stayed here because of Hilton's location close to a family event and predictions of sleet and snow. Approaching from the west, the sign to hotel was not even visible from Westchester Avenue. No offer was made for valet parking or assistance with luggage during check-in in a driving rainstorm. Room was clean, but floor lamp was coming unscrewed from its base and robe hook in bathroom had been torn off the door. Fitness center equipment seemed OK but the ladies' room there lacked lockers and an immense stack of wet towels showed that Housekeeping doesn't check in there very often; makes me question cleanliness. The long hallways lack signage and I could see how a little kid could easily get lost en route to lobby or pool. Employees in restaurant and at front desk seemed very cheerful, which mitigated the slightly tattered 1960's ski-lodge decor and atmosphere.
