We arrived very late and left the next morning so weren't there very long. It did bother me that housekeeping tried to come in to clean the room 3 times even though the do not disturb sign was in the door. Since we got in so late, we weren't in a rush to leave the next morning. We left by 11:30.

Pros: Location, price, restaurant.
Cons: bathtub was quite small. (but deep)
Location: Near lovely Bedford and White Plains. close to Hudson Valley and easy to get to Manhattan.
We stayed at this motel because it was close to Bedford. Imagine our surprise when it was tucked away, off the highway, in a business park! the room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom was a bit tight. No noise from the outdoors, but to eliminate hallway noise we had to turn the fan on. Breakfast was simple but good. the attached restaurant had wonderful food at very reasonable prices -- a nice change from many hotel restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Up graded space behind front desk; pretty sparse. Clean rooms (see above) Complete servicing of rooms (re soaps, shampoo, etc.) Serve berries.
Stayed because of cancelled flight. Only room available was handicapped facility. No shampoo or lotion (nice for travelers) Garbage can was UN-emptied. "Bits" of paper on carpet. Bed was comfortable. Receptionist was gracious. Shuttle to airport took over an hour to arrive & driver (Spanish speaking) talked all the time on the phone; ignoring me (passenger). Route to hotel was 12 minutes (little traffic.) Route to airport was 4 minutes; puzzling?

Pros: Beds and bedding were comfy. Room setup and size was good. It was located very near where we were going, so that is why we picked it.
Cons: Outside a little rundown. Hallways rather dingy. Residual smoke odor from smoking wing was vaguely detectable in non-smoking rooms near that area.
Location: Some nice breakfast spots and outdoor cafes in Armonk with a small area of nice shops.
Closest hotel to where we were going. Worked out to be a reasonably good choice. Usually stay in Hampton's, and this was not up to Hampton quality, but the room was quite nice. Hotel a little run down on outside and pool was closed in mid-June - not sure it ever opened. First room they gave us was near the smoking "wing" and had some faint residual smoke smell since it was near that area. We requested another room and they put us far away from that area, which was much better. Did not stay for breakfast as we had other commitments. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was very convenient to stay here for an early morning flight. The staff of both the hotel and the lounge were wonderful, but the hotel corridor leading to our room smelled overwhelming of cigarette smoke. I am allergic and our room was all the way at the end, so it was like running a gauntlet. I would love this to become a non-smoking facility or else confine smoking rooms to the second floor.

Arrived late after flight delay to find another customer sleeping in my room who was irate to say the least that I had awoken him.After having bedroom door slammed in my face, receptionist could not explain how this had occurred. Side entrance door did not work and had to walk around entire hotel in rain with my bags. My room was not cleaned second day of my 3 day visit...and no clean towels or explanation was available upon inquiry. Finally morning of departure hotel staff removed all breakfast food items while people were still eating and preparing breakfast, staff was rude and discourteous...disgraceful. Will never come here again, hotel old,dilapidated, smelled of cigarette smoke, seriously lacking appropiate management.

Booked and paid for two rooms had conformation sent with two stay dates on the second night my guest at 2 am had someone open his door with a keycard. My guest was startled and could not get back to sleep when he questioned the front desk as to why they checked people into his room they told him he only was booked for one night. This is uncalled for! When my guest stated that his key clearly worked to let him in the room the second night is when the desk had nothing more to say. Not good

This hotel had everything I minimally asked for. The beds and bathrooms smelt clean and the pillows were great.
