Pros: dogs allow.
Cons: breakfast.
Location: good. mall, restaurant etc.

Cons: Debit card vs credit shouldn't make a difference
Don't like freezing your debit card for incidentals when already paid for on debit card I can see holding 1 night but not for every night

Our stay at this hotel for the price was really good. Staff was really plesant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. i'll definitely stay in this hotel again when needed and recommend it.

Pros: I asked for a quiet room and got one. Loved the free breakfast:make-your-own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, toast/bagels, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, muffins
Cons: Supposed to be non-smoking hotel but someone smoked in the hallway...impossible for hotel to catch everyone who breaks the rules but wish they could.
Location: Easy to get into NYC with the closeby highways.
I needed a place just to crash for the 2 nights I was in the area. Very good location for being close to 287 and the Sprain Pkwy. Large comfortable room; nice fluffy towels; excellent breakfast for being free.

The location was close to the highway therefore, it was nice for the commute to the destination. However the walls were too thin and I was able to hear the conversation from the next room and the snoring from the next door guest as well. The overall experience was acceptable.

It was ok.we were from out of town and they didnt have information on food or places to go.the front desk forgot that i was on hold .the bathroom toliet was nasty

This Hotel needs a great deal of maintenance

Pros: Location , maybe
Cons: A lot of maintenance
Location: I was busy , don't know, maybe the Multiplex theater, a few Italian restaurants.
Breakfast, so just bagels, no sausage, eggs, etc that ae an standard in other facilities at the same price. Bathroom, bad! The ceiling has black spots (fungus???) the curtain a cheap plastic sort of curtain, the faucet leaking , etc.

Management does not seem to care about hotel guests. Breakfast is not ready, for example milk was missing, but there was a sign for milk. When hotel staff was told their reply was "we are too busy right now". Towels were not left in the room. When we called front desk their reply was "it's lunch time". Room had a bad smell.

Pros: Nice pool. Too bad it's only open 4-9 pm.
Cons: Only one person at desk. Need more help.
Nice stopover. No one at desk when we arrived since there seemed to be a shortage of help and she was called away.
