Great valuePosted Jan 16, 2015
It's not the Four Seasons but the bed is comfortable, room and linens are clean, and the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. Loved the waffle maker!

Nice hotel in downtown White PlainsPosted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Beautiful lobby and everything is brand new.
Cons: Pool was not open.
Great, welcoming frlont desk. Room was very comfortable with a sitting and sleeping area. Shower is not well-designed - door is too short for water flow. The only reason it isn't a five star recommendation is because getting the car is a bit of a hassle. The parkng charge is $22 per day with tax and was not mentioned at booking. You have to have the valet get it each time if you have to go somewhere during your stay because cars are stored below the hotel in the basement.

Good value for moneyPosted Nov 30, 2014
Pros: Convenient to the home we were visiting
Cons: Pool open for more hours. Fix the out of service elevator.
Location: Not much. Dinner theater nearby but did not visit it. Nor the multiplex movies down the road.
Rooms clean. Daughter had to move to a different room because of a loud party down the hall. Only one of two elevators to the rooms was working. Good price, convenient location.

Enjoyable StayPosted Nov 26, 2014
Nice clean large room. The room needs to have a microwave and a refrigerator. Cleaning staff forgot to three washcloths both days.

No glass glasses, only paper cups. Corn flakes, but no bananas or berries.

The front desk girl was great, very funny too!!!!Posted Nov 4, 2014
Cons: We left something in the room and called the same day to see if they found it and it took them 3 days to get back to us.
Location: There is nothing within walking distance and they do not have a restaurant on site, so you would definitely need to drive anywhere you want to go.
The room was nice and clean. I wish the pool was open for longer hours - only 4:00PM till 9PM but other than that it was a pleasant stay. I asked for a roll away bed and they had it to me very quickly.

Good location and PricePosted Nov 3, 2014
Pros: Clean room
Cons: The entire pool situation. (Roof, hours, room temp)
The hotel room was clean first and foremost. No issues or surprises upon check in. The only issue I had was the pool hours. Only open from 4p-9pm. One of the reasons we stayed here was the pool which we couldn't take full advantage of. Also the pool itself was a little run down. I kept getting dripped on from the glass roof. It was a little too cold to sit at the pool for us even though it was indoors. The fans kept coming on making it colder.

Nice hotel but the smell of smoke permeatedPosted Oct 31, 2014
Pros: Breakfast, free parking
Cons: smell of smoke
Location: The location was great. It was in the Hudson Valley and I traveled to the famous hamlet of Sleepy Hollow, great scenery and foliage.
The hotel staff and cafeteria staff were very nice but the smell of cigarette smoke permeated throughout the hotel halls.
