Great experience!Posted Sep 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Only spent 1 night but hotel was clean, friendly and accommodating. Room service was prompt and courteous. Had a small hitch (long delay) getting our car back from parking but everyone was very apologetic and helpful.

Extremely comfortable and thoughtful staffPosted Aug 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is a very nice, top of the line Ritz Carlton with excellent service and amenities. The staff all make you feel valued and are knowledgeable and polite and friendly. The rooms are large, luxurious and comfortable. It is a beautiful space. The toiletries were very nice, and the bathroom was huge with a step in shower and large tub. There is a running/walking/biking trail that runs along a creek near the hotel and a large Starbucks half a block away. They had cold water bottles and towels out for use after exercise, and a good supply of free coffee and morning papers in the lobby. The valet guys and bellhops were terrific. The Saturday morning brunch in the lobby and the evening bar in the lobby was very high end and lovely.

Typical RitzPosted Jul 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
This Ritz has all the quality and attention to detail that you would expect from a Ritz. Fitness center was excellent and room service was tasty.

Another great stay at the White Plains Ritz. Had a 4 day 'staycation' with my brother. Service was impeccable and met our every need instantly. We have become spoiled for any other hotel in this area. Yes it's pricier, but, unlike some things in life, you get what you pay for here. The BLT and 42, a couple of the in-hotel restaurants, are very nice. We had a couple of wonderful dinners at BLT, and viewed fireworks from the 42nd floor club. A couple of complaints that I perpetually have with this hotel are the lack of free Wi-Fi and absent hot tub. I've enjoyed both at hotels half the price. Quibbles, maybe, but we are talking about north of 400.00 a night in White Plains, NY. Still, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always the BestPosted Jul 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first wedding anniversary and we were met with a glass of champagne. From the doorman to the check in staff to the room service staff, everything was fantastic. The room was immaculate and the bathroom tub and shower were exquisite. We will be making this visit to the hotel an annual stop. We can't wait to come back.

elegance meets white plainsPosted Jun 9, 2014
the hotel is an oaiss of elegance int he middle of white plains. The spa and rooms are spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the valet service is a little cumbersome. Despite this I would highly recommend this hotel to any leisure or business traveler in the area.
