Thank you so much for your precious reviews . we value these reviews . yes it was not mentioned in the details that you asked for the jacuzzi room . we always take care to provide clean and peaceful environment to our guests . our phones were under repair at that time .but its our request to all the guests to please inform us at the time of check in that something is wrong in the room so that we can give better service and solution to the problem . when guest tell at the time of check out obviously we not able to do anything. well we welcome you for the next time for much better services.

Hello Mary mam,First of all Sorry for the inconvenience.Just want to put my input on reality so when you checked in and you said you have no pool facility so front desk lady explained well on pool facility and you agreed on to stay at the property at the discounted money so total cost was 283 and then reduce to 270 and you all agreed and stayed at our property. So from our end we tried our best to keep you happy and guest was agreed and they stayed at property for 3 nights. So we are not agreed at all on guest comments.Thanks.
