Alright business hotel.Posted Nov 18, 2013
The room was would you would expect, simple & clean. Bed was comfy. The fan heater was quite noisey, we left in on during the first night & it woke us up when it jumped onto action. Needless to say it was off for the next night. We had some noisey neighbours who obviously liked to party at 3am, no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was poor I thought. No tea other than raspberry & the coffee had to be drank from a card cup. Overall I would stay here again if I was on business but if I was with my family I would maybe spend a bit more and look at the lodge!

great roomPosted Nov 11, 2013
Location: good location near downtown Whitefish, the beach and not far from Columbia Falls & Kalispell airport.
I always return to this Lodge when I visit my son in Columbia Falls, MT. Great place.

Pros: free breakfast, clean rooms, comfy beds, overall great stay
Location: just outside of downtown whitefish on the main strip. close to all amenities.
Great value. We recently stayed at the Best Western over Thanksgiving and had a great, relaxing stay.

Hotel itself is nice. Staff unmotivated/uncaring.Posted Sep 30, 2013
Stayed here for the weekend. Booked a room which clearly stated in the description that it had a couch, which was needed for my daughter to sleep on. Arrived to a room with one bed and a chair. Only option given to me by staff was to upgrade to a 'suite' for $50/night extra. I did that having no choice at 1230am after driving all day. Upon checkout I was given a receipt to sign for $220. Given that the room was prepaid and the upgrade was $100 total for 2 nights this was way off. Staff promised to check into the rate difference and call me. No call received, but I see an unauthorized (I refused to sign receipt) $220 charge on my credit card statement. My other six trips to this area were all at another hotel, I tried another just to be closer to Whitefish. A few extra miles of driving is well worth better service and lower cost.

Wonderful base for glacierPosted Sep 26, 2013
Pros: Beautiful beds
A very clean and comfortable base for our weekend exploration of glacier. Conveniently located near shops and only a few ins drive from town and fabulous restaurants . The included breakfast was a great way to start the day

Great bed nice looking comfortable room, BUT the walls are paper thin if the room(s) next to you are occupied, you willll be hearing your neighbors. On the night of our stay when we arrived we found out that the hot tub and pool were close for maintenance we were told that we made reservations-- dirty trick

WonderfulPosted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: Location, cost, and cleanliness.
Cons: Just to be picky; might be the continental breakfast. It was fine just not as much selection as I have had at comparable hotels.
Location: Whitefish is on the outskirts of Glacier National Park so as far as things to do; need I say more. It's a beautiful town with a great vibe.
I was all set to spend considerable more for a stay in another hotel; but budgeting being necessary, decided on the Best Western. This after reading the reviews and comments made by others. There isn't a lounge or restaurant here so if you're looking for that this may not be your choice; however with so many options very close by in a wonderful downtown; it was unimportant. The staff was great and offered tons of advice for things to do and places to eat. Everything about our stay was perfect. Definitely worth the stay.

A great place to stayPosted Aug 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
The location is great, offering short access to a wide variety of activities. Staff was all friendly & helpful, breakfast was average but sereved the purpose. Price is what you should expect for location and a very comfortable stay.
