Great hotel for the price

Pros: The decor was nice and not dated. The lobby was clean, warm (on a very cold day) with adequate seating for relaxing as well as breakfast buffet.
Cons: Swinging door on entertainment center blocks path around end of bed. Arrangement could be improved. Breakfast buffet could stay open longer. 9 AM - no
Location: There was not a good selection of eating facilities close by. You need a car to get any place because it's North of town and not around much
Most of the hotel staff - front desk, was very communicative and friendly. Cleaning staff was equally as friendly and helpful.

ok for overnight, not great for longer term stay.

Lobby has very worn appearance, upholstered chairs appeared dirty, black spots on carpet. Room itself was clean and adequate for overnight stay. Carpet, furniture and bedding appeared aged, bathroom also had aged appearance. For price of over $280 for two nights it was a tad overpriced in my estimation.

Room not ready at 430 PM when checking in.

Cons: SERVICE --CLEANLYNESS-GROUNDS HALLWAYS AND STAFF
Room not reardy at check in time of 430 PM. Staff slow in getting room ready. Hallway floor very dirty and still not cleaned the next morning when we departed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE BOTH AT HOTEL AND EXPEDIA

Nice Hotel for the money

Pros: Good location.
Cons: This hotel needs maintenance. Carpets at the one entrance were worn and not cleaned regularly. That exit door was badly scratched.
Location: We used this hotel as our base for visits to Glacier National Park, about a 45 minute drive from the hotel.
The hotel is nice although it is a bit dated and in need of renovation. The hotel was full the weekend we were there. The breakfast area was too small for the hotel size. Breakfast itself was generous. The room itself was clean but some furniture was scratched or disfigured and in need of maintenance/replacement.

No working hot tub

Chose this hotel vs others based on cost and hot tub availability. Hot tub was closed most of our stay. And of course we had rain can cold for a guys golf trip.

Thank you for your comments. Our pool and spa are outside and use is dependent on climate. It's unfortunate that the rain affected your golf outing and stay. Should you visit Kalispell again, I hope you will consider giving us an opportunity to provide you with excellent service complete with excellent weather and open pool and spa.

The room was okay, nothing special there was a lot of noise in the hall way in the middle of the night and it also allowed dogs which were also barking in the night. I would not stay there again.

Good stay, excellent breakfast and little pricey according to location but will recomend to friends and family's.
