Disappointing. Definite issues with maintenancePosted Nov 7, 2013
Pros: Staff at desk was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Responsiveness to guest concerns
Location: Excellent location, in a beautiful part of the world.
We recently spent a week, and for the first three days had not soap dispenser, despite personal discussions with the manager. The drain do the bathtub/shower never worked inspire of daily complaints. Heating the room was impossible except for the ability to open the room window to allow in the outside air. The room bed linings were changed only once in 7 days despite food stains obviously visible by house learners. Finally, Room Service got our order wrong and did not even provide silverware with the meals! The only positive comment: refreshed carpeting and wall paint/decor. Having stayed here on at least three previous occasions, the current management has allowed this once above-average facility to deteriorate to sub-par status. Too bad.

Pros: Close to center of town and on a golf course. Rooms re-done since last visit. Beds comfortable. Outdoor hot tubs and snow.

Me and my kids had an awesome time here. Loved going outside in the fall and enjoying the 2 hot tubs.

Nice but noisy.Posted Sep 28, 2013
The lodge itself was very nice, as was the restaurant. We stayed 4 nights. Noise from the television in room next door was loud. They need more noise killing insulation in the walls. And the ceiling creaked loudly with every step the person in the room above took. The noise interfered with sleep. On two days we had to call for items that housekeeping forgot to leave.

Very friendly staff and nicely kept placePosted Sep 26, 2013
Very comfortable room-beds were excellent! Staff was very friendly, helped us navigate road construction. We did not use the shuttle service, but thought it was a nice perk. Only negatives are no vents that we could figure out in the bathroom and bathtub is small.

Beautiful property.Posted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: The room layout - it had pegs to hang jackets at the entry. The restaurant was the best and congratulations to the chef! Give him a raise!
Cons: Real cups for coffee in the rooms, shampoo, conditioner, and brighter light bulbs.
Location: The location was very pleasant, being so close to the town and the incredible Glacier Park is just a few miles away.
Were surprised by the paper cups for coffee, lighting was extremely dim for reading and in the bathroom for applying make-up. Room was very clean and the staff was pleasant. The restaurant cuisine was outstanding! Be certain to take shampoo and conditioner! Our experience was very nice overall.
