Great hotel!Posted Nov 11, 2013
The experience at this hotel was fantastic as usual. The location is in the centre of town close to everything. The breakfast is fantastic with plenty of items to choose from, the beds are very comfortable and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. The reason I gave 3 stars for the room cleanliness is we found a couple of items in the bed skirting left behind by previous guests that were missed by the cleaning people but this was not a big deal for us.

Stayed for one night. Fast and friendly check in. Room was clean. Nice hotel and hot tub area open 24 hours. Enjoyable continental breakfast the next morning. I would come back again!

Very nice, quiet and comfortablePosted Oct 14, 2013
Right off the bat - the beds are amazingly comfy. Rooms are nice and have modern amenities. The pool area was fun and the complimentary breakfast was very well-rounded with good, plentiful food. Great coffee. If I had one complaint, it was that our room was directly over the staff smoking area, so cigarette smoke wafted into our room when we tried to open the window. They should consider moving this area further away from guests. We'll stay there again on our next trip - we'll just ask for a room away from that area.

Close to routes to prime destinations in the area.Posted Sep 18, 2013
Pros: Do not hear noise from hallway or other rooms. Nice large room with couch.
Location: Glacier National Park, Bigfork & Swan lake, Whitefish Mountain Resort & lake, beach & town. Libby dam & Rt 2, 37,93 loop river drive. Mountain views.
Only problem was the GPS sends you to the wrong location. Had to call hotel. They said this is a common complaint that they don't understand. They are on west end of Rt. 2 & west of Rt. 93 . Staff was always helpful. Good coffee and breakfast. Easy drive( 10-30 min ) to any attraction in area. In quiet part of town away from traffic. Good view of mountains. Good shopping and restaurants on 93 10 min. away. Be sure to visit Bigfork for good eating and shopping and beautiful lake front location on RT 83 & Swan Lake views/drive make good photo ops. You will wish you had more time to spend in Kalispell. 360 degree mountain views.

Good place to stay prior to Glacier NP visit.Posted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: The beds and the shower.
Cons: The breakfast with more gluten free items. Udi bread for toast would be nice.
Location: Kalispell is close to Glacier NP so a handy place to stay prior to a trip across the Going to the Sun highway.
This is a very nice hotel with very comfortable beds.
