What a fabulous stay we had !! First time here at this hotel and location. Beautiful entrance and very helpful staff ! Room was just what we needed as a family of 5 . Teens loved the evening popcorn & cookies ! And the breakfast was just fantastic for Everyone! The pool and hot tub was good . We had to time or visit right with having sensory kids we had to avoid the busy times as it got really loud . We will definitely be back 💕

Great location. The staff is amazing. The lady in the breakfast area is fantastic. Very efficient and is so good with kids. My mom and I have stayed here for years on our annual mother daughter shopping trip at Easter. First time with the pool area having a dirty floor. This hotel has Easter eggs hidden around the hotel for the kids to find . How special. You won't regret staying at this location.

Nice setup for kids. Games and toys in lobby. Lots of well behaved dogs. Our first floor room was a bit noisy with footfalls overhead…we should have opted for a third floor room instead…but

I love that this place is pet friendly. The breakfast was amazing with many options. Kinda bummed that the hot tub was out of order. Other than that, the property and rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. Will stay here again in the future.

The property was great. Didn’t enjoy being charged extra because of Expedia and the pool was closed which was disappointing too cause that’s the reason why we booked here

I would recommend this proprty to anyone who doesnt want to use the hot tub - it doesnt work but they dont tell you, who likes following trails of fruit loops around the corridors and stairs, likes the sound of children running around the hall ways at night, loves screaming kids and coffee at breakfast time and doesnt want cups or coffee replaced in their room after they used them and a balcony thats a sheet of ice. Room door doesnt close fully (can see light round it, and can hear people in room opposite talking. Water pressure is awful and the sink took 10 minutes to drain. Hot Breakfast was 2 types of omelet and two types of round flat sausage, biscuits and gravy - no bacon! or eggs without cheese or onions. Stay was a big dissapointment - dont recommend it and won't return, for the high price it's very poor.

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and shopping. Gym was small but quiet so machine access wasn’t an issue. Overall a great stay. We will be back!

I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed. I picked it for that reason. There was a loud static sound coming inertmittantly out of the ceiling all night long waking me up multiple times. It was maddening. I won't stay here again. Everything else was fine.

We arrive to a room smaller than we ordered then when put back in what we thought was the room we ordered it had no bathtub and the hot tub was broken and nobody was covering the front desk. Any time I went down I had to ask the kitchen staff for help no towels in the pool and balls of hair laying around the pool area Dirty floors didn’t hear a vacuum once in two days saw someone using a swiffer to clean the carpet. We were sneezing for two days straight. I don’t believe anybody vacuumed the carpet in our room ever we were in room 307. It looks clean, but purchase a vacuum .

Staff was great. Glad they offered dinner options when it wasn't expected, saved us a trip to find something offsite. My kids loved the giant connect 4 game in the lobby.

Close to all amenties and great service!
This was a spur-of-the-moment kind of trip because we LOVE going to Kalispell. This hotel is close to all amenities and it has a fantastic free breakfast. I left my hairdryer at home, and they promptly provided me with a brand new out-of-the-box hair dryer. We ran out of tissue and they promptly came to our room to replenish the box. Great service as always at this hotel!

Stayed one night so i could drive in the daytime. Always ready for you even if the plane is late. Nice staff. Self serve breakfast. Very polite servers and refillers. I enjoyed it. Nice shower and products.

The room floor was dirty. moved me to another room same dirt on that floor just not sticky. so stayed in that room. Said they had just replaced the carpets and it was just carpet fragments. still should of been cleaned up

A great hotel to stay at while in Kalispell!
An amazing stay at the Holiday Inn as always. This time we brought some friends there and they were impressed by the rooms that opened to the outside. This was an amazing stay for us to gather and spend some time together! I highly recommend this for anyone that wants to be close to restaurants and shopping.
