“Holiday Inn Express Review from a Montanan”

The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel was peaceful and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was wonderful. We did not like the selection of channels on the TV though. I don't think it is appropriate to have the option of adult channels, when kids have access to the remote, and a provacative picture pops up on the display. very upsetting. Other than the TV, the stay was pleasant.

“Excellent.”

We ended up spending a good deal of time in our room, even though we only were there for one night. It was Thanksgiving and everything was closed, so luckily we had stayed in the queen suite. It was comfortable, roomy, quiet, clean... perfect! Will definitely stay here next time. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, and the kids had a great time in the hotel pool. We even ate dinner here at night, and breakfast in the morning. Both were delicious and saved us a ton of money being that it was all FREE! Dinner was free Mon-Thursday nights.

“Great place to stay in Kalispell”

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Kalispell. I have had good experiences at HI Express in the past, and this was no exception. The room was big, comfortable, and very clean, and housekeeping did a pretty good job keeping it that way for our 10 night stay. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating when we asked for extras like hangers and toiletries we had forgotten. My only complaint would be about the breakfast. It wasn't always great (or hot) and one of the breakfast hosts wasn't very friendly and literally started putting food away at 9:29 AM. When breakfast is served until 9:30, I expect to be able to arrive at 9:30 and have the full selection of food without being rushed or feeling uncomfortable. It's not like the room is used for anything else throughout the day! The pool and spa were also nice and very clean.

“Everything I have come to expect with Holiday Inn Expresses. Great.”

as above. The continental breakfast was quite good and had hot foods as well as cold. Could use more fruit. Had home baked cookies in the evening. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Was a great location for us traveling in any direction & to Glacier National Park as well. Room was very nice & clean.

“Exceptional facility and staff”

From start to finish of our brief stay we were treated as valued customers by a friendly and helpful staff. Having never been to the area, we were able to rely on staff provided information. The facility was excellent and was beyond our expectations.

“A gem...you cannot go wrong by staying here!”

We were hoping for something for something closer to Glacier National Park...I am glad that we "settled" for this place. (About 45 minutes away...) It was easily one of the best non-full service hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean, quiet, very roomy and well appointed. There were two flat-screen televisions and laundry facilities upstairs. The pool was great. This was a little ways from Whitefish Mountain (I'd guess 45 minutes in the winter but we would stay here again if we were going to the mountain...it was that good. The front-desk was great, they put out all sorts of food for breakfast, snacks in the evening and some food during the work week. (It does seem as though some folks have never eaten though...come on people, share a little!) This is a bit north of Kalispell proper but still in the local retail business area. Anything you might want to shop for is actually closer to this area than downtown.

“The closest and best motel for Glacier National Park”

Motel is in a clean safe neighborhood. The staff was very accommodating to all our needs. Very fast easy drive to GNP and with in walking distance to a new mall and good restaurants. If you need park information ask for Holy at the front desk. She made day tripping easy.
