Glacier 3 days

Posted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: luxurious atmosphere even for the the least expensive rooms.
Cons: AC throughout the room would have been preferred. Quiet time was not enforced a tthe small hot tub next to our unit.
Location: Glacier National Park takes about 45 minutes to get to from here. But it is a pretty drive.
Wonderful place for someone who usually does not splurge. Swimming pool didn't look as big as the hot tub at the fitness center though, and crowded with kids, so only my 23 yr old daughter went to it. Unusual for someone from Texas that there was no air conditioning in the sitting area (TV and Couch). They had fans though. AC in the bedroom only, but we had one sleeping on the hide a bed. Never saw any staff except at check in and out, but that was okay. It took longer to get to Glacier NP than I thought it would, but that was my bad.

Diamond in the ruff

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: location and rooms.
Location: Glacier park, fishing in the area. I did spend a day fishing.
This resort is in the Glacier park vacation area, great accommodations, nice large room with great showers and a view of the golf course. Just a 30 min. drive to Glacier park and if you want to fish the flathead river will give you just what you want. The resort has a very nice restaurant, food is very good "Truby"

Located about 16 miles from Glacier park. Hotel room with AC next and blowing over bed. Sofa bed not comfortable. Staff not very helpfull. Not worth the price unless you are a golfer.

Nice Condo,Close to West Glacier and Kalispell

Posted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: Condo was nicely furnished and beds were comfortable and it had an indoor and outdoor pool and sauna with tennis courts and volleyball courts.
Cons: Need air conditioning downstairs in the condo, I live in Montana and I know you only use the air for a couple of months but this condo needed it.
Location: Glacier National Park and Flathead lake
Excellent Facilities, Close to Glacier National Park and the Kalispell airport. Condo was roomy and had comfortable beds but only the upstairs bedroom was air conditioned. Although they brought us an extra fan, the downstairs bedroom and living area was warm in August even with the windows open. Need to bring your own coffee. Had a full size refrigerator and an outside grill. Wi-fi also If you have a family member who has difficulty walking or getting around this would NOT be the place for you.

Pricey for what you receive

Posted Aug 5, 2014
I understand that this is a resort and on a golf course, but for approx. $350 per night I would have expected at least coffee in the room. Nope, no coffee, no extra blankets, no extra pillows, no shampoo, no conditioner, no amenities at all.....and to top it all off, when we checked out the next morning we were charged a $9 resort fee. We will not be back.....one plus, the food at Truby's was unbelievably delicious!

Short summer family vacation

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Two night, high season stay proved comfortable enough. King bed and linens were great! Loveseat hideabed comfort sorely lacking, even when mattress put on the floor- size not sufficient for adolescents to sleep on comfortably, may be better for younger kids. A larger room for 4 would be recommended. Outdoor pool area looked great for children ages 12 and under with lots of outdoor water features.

We could not get a reservation inside of Glacier National Park, so we stayed this hotel in Columbia Falls, but hotel was clean and had nice view.

This was a great resort with a good, fun golf course, rooms & restaurant. Only problem - if you can't step up 30" and over jacuzzi tub for the shower ask for another room.

I can't say enough positive things about this resort! Clean room with all the amentities for our family of four. The outdoor pool was a blast (we couldn't get my kids out!). We only wished that we had more time to spend at the resort.
