We had a room across from the pool, and at times it was quite noisy. Also the hotel air unit was near our room and rumbled a lot of the time. The room was great, and so were the breakfasts.

Great staff and breakfast!

The staff and location were wonderful. They provided an amazing complimentary breakfast, with made to order omelettes. The room was clean and comfortable. They need a little updating, mainly wear and stain in carpeting. Overall a nice experience!

Good place to stay

Pros: It is very close to town, making pub-crawling pretty accessible
Location: It's right in the middle of town - great breakfast place right across from it and some great restaurants on main street (which wasnt far away).
The room was nice, though not as nice as the pictures (they never are!) Hotel is in the middle of town, which kind of takes away from the coziness of it. It's definitely a convention center... kind of had an impersonal feel (it's attached to a mall, but you really only see that down one hallway). The complimentary breakfast was good (they had a hot buffet with eggs and bacon, as well as a full cereal bar, drinks, and a cook to prepare omelets. Wasn't crowded). The staff was very helpful when I asked for recommendations on where to eat out. Didn't check out the gym/pool/hot tub area. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was huge. I'd recommend it, but if you're going for a romantic/intimate experience, I'd choose somewhere more secluded.

They were in the process of replacing all of the entertainment units in the rooms,so the hallways were cluttered with large boxes everywhere. Over the oourse of our 2 day stay, they managed to install the majority of them, but the hallways never did get vaccuumed of all the debris. Front desk staff were very helpful and the continental breakfast was very good.

Not worth the high price
Posted Jan 20, 2013
I would not choose to stay in this hotel again. It was filthy. The hallways were dirty when we got there and they were not vaccumed/cleaned once over the course of our three days there. The shower in our room contained a wallfull of hair from the previous occupant. Nasty! I expected quality for the price we paid and it was anything but that.

Relaxing Easter week vacation.

Pros: It was clean, and quiet. Great central location for the entire area.
Cons: Pigeons.
We were very surprised that there were no "re-cycle" receptacles in our room. The only thing that bothered us were the pigeons and their "poop" on our window ledge. We know that they are a real nuisance, and difficult to get rid of. So not really anything that can be done with them. Really enjoyed our stay. 4.5/5 L. McC

Working in Kalispell

Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Bad TV
The rooms need updating and the wall heater blows right on you if you are working at the desk. It worked but I wouldn't want to stay more than a day or two.
