My stays there are always comfortable soft beds, clean rooms and awesome food. Also it is in the heart of Kalispell. Mall attached restaurants close by you can walk to everything you need to keep busy and enjoy your stay stay and play my friends.

Nicest place I have stayed at in Kalispell!

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: Absolutely everything!!
Cons: None needed.
Location: Easy to find, a block off Main St. Alley Connection Restaurant a block away, GREAT Chinese food!
My sister and I drive to Kalispell a couple times a year just to get away. Kalispell is a great town! We have stayed at several different hotels in Kalispell but none compare to this last one at Red Lion! Our room was HUGE, clean and the beds really comfortable!! The breakfast included in your stay is wonderful and there would be no need to go anywhere else to eat, they had it all! All of the staff were friendly and helpful! The moment we walked into our room we decided right then that the Red Lion would be the only place we stay at when we go to Kalispell, we loved it that much!! We are actually heading east in a few months and I was going to cancel my already booked hotel and go to the Red Lion instead, but that town unfortunately does not have a Red Lion, so we are stuck!

The staff was amazing!

Posted Mar 4, 2015
I was very sick with a cold and this was the last leg of my vacation! I had to fly out the next afternoon so I needed to rest. The staff was amazing. They allowed me to check in early and even check out late so I could get as much rest as possible. Then that evening they sent me chocolates and sparkling berry wine and a card signed by the whole staff!

Near the mall hotel

Posted Feb 1, 2015
Pros: Breakfasts and connected to the mall.
Cons: The queen mattress needed to be more firm.
We love the breakfast that the hotel provides. We had very noisy neighbors on the Thursday night that we were there. They were adults who talked loudly and did not bother to close their room door. We were in rm. 129. They were in rm. 125. Very inconsiderate of their neighbors. If the noise had continued past 12 p.m. we would have phoned the front desk.

Noise Level? High!

Posted Feb 1, 2015
Pros: Right in the middle of town.
Cons: Lower the noise Level! And warn people that your room is right next to the pool and that the train tracks on that side of the motel!
Location: Did I say It was by the train tracks?
Sorry I did not Like the side with train tracks right next to the room or being right above the pool. I believe there is better places like the Hampton or Hilton for my money.

Thank you for posting your comments. The railroad tracks right behind our hotel are a historical feature of our town and are seldom used. When they are used, it's during the day hours. We try to accommodate all requests for room types, floor levels and room locations. If being by the pool is not your thing, just make sure to comment on your next reservations. Warm Regards,
