Good location but thats about it...

I have stayed in cheaper hotel's that are way better then this one. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. Please stop it! You look forward to it but then you have to take your disappointed family out for breakfast. The Gym??? Nothing in there works, not even the TV! Why offer people a gym? I felt robbed by staying there.

Is Red Mold a Bio-Hazard?

Pros: Staff were pleasant enough. Parking was free. My son went swimming - it was nice that there was a pool.
This place is just dirty and run down. The phone was sticky as if it were left out on the beach in a rainstorm. The room stank. The AC did not work until we called for service. The food for the breakfast was bad enough that we ate out every day even though it was free. There was red mold growing around the outside of the bathtub. The WiFi barely worked.

Try the Hampton Inn instead...

Pros: Leaving.
Cons: Tearing it down and rebuilding.
Location: You're off a main strip, so if you are not fast food joints or convenience stores this is the place for you. Also right near the bad side of town.
Bad location, dingy rooms that are in serious need of a make over, the continental breakfast was skimpy on items and the food was cold (and we got there at 6:30.)

This hotel was a great price. It is hard to get to. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Ask to be in a room away from the road. We heard the traffic all night long. The pool area is nice and large. The pool bar was closed and did not look functional. We were only there to sleep so it was a good deal.

we stayed at the Ramada for one night while visiting Dorney Park. it was a nice and comfortable hotel. the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. close to many shops and restaurants. the kids LOVED the pool. can't really complain at all. would recommend

Most of the gym equipment didn't work. Ice machine near room didn't work. Waited an hour in restaurant for food, finally left. Spoke to manager she said sorry, that wasn't the answer I was looking for. Lost all interest in the Ramada Co. Seems to have gone down hill over the years. I guess you live and learn.

It was nice to have your family members stay with us and to know from our conversations that they found the room to be very clean and comfortable, plus, the staff was very friendly to them. As confirmed and communicated to you, only one piece of fitness room equipment was recently damaged along with one of our two guest ice machines. The server was also apologetic for the food order delay amongst an unexpected rush. I regret that my sincere apology and compensation for the inconvenience experienced by your family members was not enough. Please know that we work very hard everyday to do all we can to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay.

Pros: everything
Cons: Just to take the coffee maker from the bathroom counter.
Location: Shopping mall, Excellent mexican restaurant.
I love this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was so comfy. I was there just for one night, I greatly recommend this hotel . I want it to call back to find out which mattress brand they have in room 109 . Planning to buy one a set.

The Common Areas were dingy

Location: Plenty of Restaurants
Had a serious Musty smell in the common areas throught the Lobby and Hallways Rooms were clean and comfy The staff was very friendly and was greeted each time !!

Nice hotel but difficult location to access.

Pros: Accessible walk in shower & large bathroom., nice towels, very comfortable bed.
Cons: Hallways need to be painted.
No complaints about the hotel itself except its location. Not many signs from main road & easily drove past location missing the one short sign on the side of the road. Had to take a long road off of the main road to find the hotel....& it had NO SIGNS on it labeling it a Ramada. We weren't even sure we had the right place. Appearance of staff behind front desk not very professional. Continental breakfast ok. Very nice outdoor pool & deck but the water was freezing! It would be a nice place to have an outdoor reception since it also has an outside bar area.

There are actually multiple directional signs on the main road and on our access road, however, it can be tough getting to a new place. We hope you will come back to enjoy our now warm pool water now that summer seems to have steadily found the Lehigh Valley.
