NEVER AGAIN

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The only thing they have to sell is a service and they were not able to provide it.
Reservation was incorrect. Did not get room requested. Had to settle for what they had. Room keys would not work on two occasions. Returned to room after a day spent with family and friends, room had not been cleaned. Had to change rooms. Check out was delayed for over an hour, due to front desk not being able to access computer. Was forced to wait until day shift manager arrived and then it was an additional half hour wait. Best Western will never see any of my business. I'll sleep at a road side park and shower at a truck stop before spending another dime with them.

Too far from I-10!

Pros: Clean, nice property, quiet.
Cons: Blackout curtains.
Really tough to get to this hotel. Good if you have business downtown. BJ's restaurant within easy walking distance. Needs blackout curtains!

Don't Stay Here

Cons: Everything. The lame response that the hotel makes towards my comment, I seriously doubt they will follow through.
Location: Near a lot of restaurants, stores, miniature golf, movie theatre
Stains on bedding. Bug crawling on bed. Water pressure really low. $100 rate I expected more. Pool was out of service. Wasn't told until front desk charged my cc. I asked for a lower rate because of out of service pool, I was told no, that I go to another hotel. Very disappointing! I will never stay at a Best Western again

Nice facility but my room was dirty upon check-in

Upon my late arrival (1:00 am) we went to enter our room only to find the TV was left on and food was all over the room. The beds were made but the floor was not vaccumed and there were personal shampoo items left in the bathroom. Due to the fact that it was so late and we were so tired we stayed in the room and the front desk clerk came to clean up the food and mess that was left in the room. I was told because we booked through hotels.com they could not comp my room but would send out gift cards in the amount of the room to compensate. To this day I have yet to receive any compensation. I have even called several time and still no response from management.

Great Customer Service

When we checked in, they were very friendly and told us where everything was in hotel and told us the hours of the pool, work out room, etc. The only down side was that when we used the shower, there was a crack in the grout and it leaked into the room by the bed. Otherwise, it was a nice, clean room.
